Summer combo skin savior

As someone with combination skin that's prone to breakouts with a darker complexion, finding a daily moisturizer with SPF can be a struggle.

Pros:

Perfect Balance for Combo Skin: It controls oil throughout the day without drying out my cheeks, which is a huge win.
Non-Comedogenic: No new breakouts! This is essential for acne-prone skin.
SPF 30 Protection (Mineral): Protects my skin from the sun without irritation. (Tip: Apply sparingly and let it dry to avoid a white cast.)
Great Makeup Base: Leaves my skin smooth and prepped for foundation.
Cons:

Might not be enough for winter: I can see how this moisturizer might need a hydration boost during colder months.
Initial White Cast (Mineral SPF): It does leave a white cast at first, but applying a thin layer and letting it dry solves the problem.
Overall:

Highly recommend PanOxyl Oil Control Moisturizer for people with combination skin, especially during warmer months. It provides great oil control, sun protection, and a perfect base for makeup, all without clogging pores. Medication + sunscreen

PANOXYL OIL CONTROL MOISTURIZER (including SPF 30) is not a typical combination to see. It was nice to not have to layer on many more products. I felt the cream to be light and nice; not heavy or sticky.
It smells medicinal and left my skin feeling tight.

Sucker for SPF

I’m a sucker for anything with SPF in it. Like others SPF is often very oily so I appreciate that it has oil control in it as well to combat the affects of a moisturizer with SPF

Love that it has SPF

This is a thick moisturizer, yet it somehow feels lightweight on the skin. It is absorbed into the skin quickly and doesn't leave your skin feeling greasy or shiny. It does have a bit of a medicated scent, but that's probably what makes it effective against acne. It left my skin feeling soft and well moisturized. I also love that it has SPF. I think this is a great option for those with acne.

Oil control moisturizer !

I’m really enjoying this moisturizer! It’s very light weight , not greasy and feels really good on the skin! It has spf which I love and I’ve been using daily and it’s so good for sensitive skin! If you’re going to wear makeup , I would just wait at least 30 mins before applying makeup over it !

PanOxyl AM Oil Control Moisturizer: Mixed Results

As someone with oily, acne-prone skin, finding the right moisturizer can be a challenge. After hearing rave reviews about the PanOxyl AM Oil Control Moisturizer, I decided to give it a try. Here's what I found:

Positive Aspects:
I was impressed with how effectively this moisturizer controlled my oily skin. Throughout the day, my skin felt balanced and less prone to shine.
I appreciated that it's non-comedogenic, as I've struggled with pore-clogging products in the past. I did notice an improvement in my acne-prone areas after using this moisturizer.
The sun protection qualities were a bonus for me, as I'm diligent about protecting my skin from UV damage.

Negative Aspects:
Unfortunately, I experienced a noticeable white cast after applying this moisturizer, which was especially frustrating as someone with a darker complexion.
The texture felt slightly sticky upon application, and I found that it didn't spread as easily as I would have liked.
After continued use, I noticed that my skin felt a bit dry and didn't seem to breathe as well as it should, particularly when I was sweating.

Overall, my experience with the PanOxyl AM Oil Control Moisturizer was mixed. While it effectively managed oiliness and provided sun protection, the white cast and sticky texture were significant drawbacks for me. I would recommend patch-testing this product before committing to see how it interacts with your skin, especially if you have darker skin or prefer a lighter texture.

Good

Not to bad but my skin really dislikes moisturizers it makes my acne worse and this doesn’t help, I have pcos and very oily skin so that is probably why.

Dries quickly but feels gritty

This has SPF and it is very lightweight. It didn't make my skin oily throughout the day. I completely forgot I had it on. My issue with this is that it dries really quickly so you end up with a lot of white streaks on your face if you take out too much at a time and can't apply it in time. Another issue is that it's gritty. It felt weird when I was putting it on. It felt more like I was gently exfoliating my face sometimes. None or a very light sunscreen kind of smell.
