PanOxyl PM Balancing Renewal Moisturizer is a lightweight gel that also helps to improve acne-prone skin. Contains hyaluronic acid, ceramides, niacinamide, and cica to minimize pores, restore moisture, calm redness, and control oil. It only takes a very little amount for the face and neck. The first few uses did sting a little bit but nothing bothersome. I found it to have a stickiness afterwards so i use a small amount of my regular moisturizer on top to smooth it out. *gifted product by butterly

Guilty Pleasure

She is an absolute guilty pleasure, with a million moisturizer products on the market one can usually expect a similar experience except when it comes to this. This a light weight moisturizer that not only applies smoothly like a body milk but also absorbs into the skin and sits light with no heavy or wet/glossy residue. Perfect for nighttime routine as it leaves you feeling soft without further irritation / clogged pores I loved it 10/10

Moisturizing and prevents acne

This moisturizer was applied at nighttime. It has a thin consistency that absorbs well in to the skin. It leaves me skin feeling hydrated all day and non greasy. It does leave my skin slightly tacky though but goes away after a little while. It also does moisturize well too. I just found the smell of this too be very strong and unappealing. My skin looks much more even and clear since using this and haven’t been dealing with new breakouts!

Does the job but with a funky scent

I can’t say I love this nor can I say I hate it. There is nothing really special about this moisturizer other than it is great for sensitive skin. My only concern is the scent? It’s not a fragrance, but it does have a scent that is noticeable but goes away when applied. It is also very thin/lightweight and dries a tad tacky. Overall, it does leave my skin feeling hydrated in the morning after applying it at night, but I wouldn’t say it is a cult favorite.

Good evening moisturizer

I have combination skin with active acne at the moment and used this every evening for about a week. This is a nice light texture and spreads very easily, a little goes a long way. It has a light scent which I don't mind and it does go away after a while. I found it helped calm my acne by the morning but I do wish it was a little more moisturizing because paired with the cleanser which was very drying, this moisturizer was kind of lacking. I love that this has niacinamide and a lot of other good ingredients. Might be a good moisturizer if you're super oily!

Strong smell

This cream was easy to apply, but has a strong displeasant smell. I believe this is due to the niacinamide, but there is no added fragrance to cover it (good for acne prone people). It did feel a bit tacky on my skin, so I opted to apply another moisturizer on top to lock it in.

Works

I recently received this product complimentary in the mail from butterly!
It is a little thick and hard to spread. However I apply it just before I go to bed and it holds through the night.
One negative point - it smells bad. Very much like a chemical smell.
Beyond that, it is working as it should.
My face is clearing up really fast since I began using this product along with the rest of the complete set.
Overall happy with this company and their products and will be purchasing in the future!
If you can handle the smell, I recommend using it!

Does the job

This absorbed quickly and left my skin fairly hydrated. It has a slightly medical smell but it wasn't overpowering and I didn't mind it. It seemed to work fairly well. I used it in combination with the panOxyl acne wash, am moisturiser with sunscreen and leave on exfoliant. It worked well and my mild acne cleared up in a few days. However I felt that it was the wash and exfoliant that did most of the work given their active ingredients. I did like this product and felt that it's a good value for its price and size.

Tried!

I unfortunately seem to have a reaction to niacinamide! First try, way too much! I had to wash it off cause my skin started heating up and burning fast! Next subsequent tries, I only put the smallest amount (which was much better!) but still had a reaction to it. I would still encourage others to try it because this stuff consistency wise, feels great!

Nice lightweight moisturizer

This claims to be a nighttime moisturizer, and it’s the thinnest nighttime moisturizer I’ve ever used. Not that that’s a bad thing, it’s just different. It’s more lightweight, thin and gel-like. I also don’t find it moisturizing… it’s winter right now and my skin gets pretty dry. This doesn’t feel like enough. However, I do think it does minimize the appearance of my pores and in the morning my face looks great (albeit drier than I’d like). I love that it has added niacin amide and hyaluronic acid.
