Best suited for oily skin

To my surprise, this PM moisturizer is quite thin; it has a water gel consistency that is slightly sticky upon application - about 10 minutes. It does not irritate my skin and provides a nice light layer of hydration. I was hoping it would be more moisturizing for an evening moisturizer. Nonetheless I do like that this moisturizer contains ceramides, hyaluronic acid, and niacinamide. It seems like a safe choice for acne prone skin but as someone with normal skin with occasional breakouts, I would not repurchase this product.

More serum then moisturizer

This gives more of a serum feel than moisturizer. It is a gel like consistency which works great if you have oily skin. I have a lot of dry patches so I use another moisturizer after this to ensure my skin is properly hydrated. This product is fragrance free and is super light weight but it does have that medical smell to it which I am not a fan of.

Great nighttime moisturizer

I have been using this moisturizer at night after washing my face. It goes on nicely and has not irritated my sensitive skin. My skin feels smoother and well hydrated. Claims to minimize pores but I have not noticed a difference yet. It is very lightweight when applied. This is great for my skin in the warmer months, but will not be hydrating enough for me in the winter. I am loving PanOxyl lately with the whole range of face care products!

Night moisturizer

I got to try PANOXYL PM BALANCING RENEWAL MOISTURIZER through the Butterly Product Review Club in exchange for my honest opinion. I tried it and so did my 12 year old son who is starting to get some acne. This moisturizer worked well after using the PanOxyl cleanser. Neither of us had any skin irritation after using it and our skin felt hydrated. This would be great for teens or anyone who experiences the odd breakout.

Great moisturizer for acne-prone skin

I love the gel texture of this moisturizer and my skin really soaks in the hydration from this product. It doesn’t break me out or feel too heavy. Only downside is that it has a scent that I’m not a huge fan of.

The perfect balance at night

I love that this product already has Niacinamide in it because this has worked great for my skin. It feels watery when you add it to your hand to apply- but feels like a thicker night time moisturizer when applied. At first, I was worried that it wouldn't be heavy enough to keep my skin moist throughout the night, but I was wrong!

Great for really oily skin!

I really loved how lightweight this formula is. It goes into the skin perfectly and I noticed my pores shrinking with use. However it is very drying so it’s probably better for very oily skin or oily skin in the warmer months. I’ll definitely be using it in the summer!

Not bad but not amazing

This was on par with some of the other moisturizers I have tried in the past. The scent wasn’t too strong, but it was a little sticky after application which I didn’t love if I tried to go sleep right afterwards. It didn’t break me out which was really positive as I have sensitive combo skin, but I’m not sure it did much to minimize my pores or reduce acne overall. The biggest thing though is that I don’t prefer to use two different moisturizers in a day so that’s the biggest downside so to this for me.

Works well

nice moisturizer

I have been using this product for the past few weeks and here are some thoughts. I love that it is very lightweight. I also love all the active ingredients in this product. I find it very hydrating on my skin and it is also very soothing.
