An amazing nighttime moisturizer!

I’m a big fan of using a moisturizer at night so I love that this acne care regimen includes a product to use overnight. The formula is lightweight and sinks into my skin so quickly. I prefer this moisturizer over the daily one. When I wake up, my skin feels refreshed and hydrated. I have dry patches all over my face, some not even from my breakouts, and they’re less visible when I wake up.

Moisturizing (?)

This is a bit of an interesting moisturizer. Most moisturizers are creamy, and when you spread them on your face, they soak in pretty quickly. This is more of a gel moisturizer, so it spreads easily, but leaves a gel film on your face (but I think it does indeed moisturize). The biggest thing for me that I noticed was that it made my skin burn quite a bit when I first put it on. I don’t usually have very sensitive skin, so I was surprised, but I never had any redness or irritation from it otherwise.

Very nice acne moisturizer

I really like this product. It leaves my skin hydrated without being greasy.
My pores are nice and clear.
It does not pill and wears well under make-up. My acne has improved after using it for a week.

Good product

This stuff is really nice on the skin. It’s light and doesn’t burn or smell bad has a really strong scent. It really helps open up the pours and makes the face feel nice and refreshed for the night. Pairs well with the face wash before hand.

Good over night moisturizer

I received the PANOXYL PM BALANCING RENEWAL MOISTURIZER for free from @thisisbutterly and @panoxyl in exchange for my honest review.

The night time moisturizer is great for acne-prone skin. It comes in a tube which you have to be careful when squeezing as you do not need a lot to cover your entire face. The consistency of the moisturizer is thin. I usually prefer rich and thick. It still absorbs nicely and it did not cause any dryness or left any greasy residue afterwards. The moisturizer does not have a perfume scent to it but it has this strange smell that lingers for a bit.

Super Effective

I started using this mid breakout so i was excited to see the results. After the first use i saw my acne calm down and start to dissipate and after 3 days it was completely gone. I really enjoyed using this moisturizer. This moisturizer has a very thin consistency so it is not heavy at all but still makes your skin feel soft and hydrated without using a lot of product. The only thing im not crazy about is the smell. It smells like clay, i cant put my finger on it because the smell is not bad smelling just not very good.

Lightweight

PanOxyl PM Balancing Renewal Moisturizer is a lightweight gel that also helps to improve acne-prone skin. Contains hyaluronic acid, ceramides, niacinamide, and cica to minimize pores, restore moisture, calm redness, and control oil. It only takes a very little amount for the face and neck. The first few uses did sting a little bit but nothing bothersome. I found it to have a stickiness afterwards so i use a small amount of my regular moisturizer on top to smooth it out. *gifted product by butterly

Hydrates, zaps blemishes, and evens skin tone!

I have maturing skin that tends to be on the dry/sensitive side of the spectrum, so I most definitely have to make a facial moisturizer a part of my nighttime ritual. So, when I was sent PanOxyl PM Balancing Renewal Moisturizer by PanOxyl and Butterly, I was eager to see how it stacked up against my regular nighttime moisturizer. It comes in a squeeze tube so it’s easy to get the amount you need. I didn’t need much as this moisturizer is fairly creamy, though not as thick as I’m used to with my regular nighttime moisturizer. My skin absorbed it fairly quickly and it didn’t pill, though I did find a slight tacky feeling afterwards. This moisturizer contains Niacinamide which offers oil control and also serves to even skin tone, so not only does it help maintain your blemish-free skin, it rids of the redness and scars left behind by blemishes of the past. It also plays nice with my other nighttime facial products like serums and such. I felt that this moisturizer worked fairly well to moisturize my skin and I did feel that it also helped to tamp down the redness of any marks left by blemishes. It also helps that this product works to keep pores clear of the gunk that causes blemishes. I will definitely continue to use this moisturizer during times when I am suffering from breakouts because the addition of benzoyl peroxide in this product will be most helpful in that instance, but because my skin tends to be on the dry side, I feel I personally need a regular nighttime moisturizer that gives my skin more hydration. However, if your skin tends to be on the oilier side, I highly suggest giving PanOxyl’s PM Balancing Renewal Moisturizer a try…you may just find your new nighttime moisturizer! For those like me who need heavier hydration, this is still worth picking up for those times when you are suffering from breakouts. I hope this review has helped you to make the purchasing decision that is right for you!
