Shape is accurate

I was surprised by the shape of these because they are quite large and triangular (very different than the standard patches). I haven't used these on my face because the only acne I get that leaves purple or red spots is typically on my body.

While these haven't removed the discoloration, it seems to be helping it along the way.

Skeptical

I have dealt with acne my whole life and have the post acne marks to prove it. It's something I've always been self-conscious about. I was happy to receive these, but slightly skeptical.

Product claims:
- Targets the look of dark spots and redness.
- Visibly improves the appearance of skin texture and pores.
- Spot fading complex including Niacinamide, Tranexamic Acid and Vitamin C

Here are my thoughts
I like the size of these patches. They are able to cover a good sized area. They are easy to apply and adhere to the skin quite well. No risk of them falling off. I applied the patch to my chin. This is the area I usually get hormonal acne and have some post acne marks. Because the patch is so big I found that I could feel all the time (unlike a traditional pimple patch). Maybe it would have been more comfortable on a different area of the face.
It's a bit hard to review the efficacy of these patches. It says it takes 10 days to improve post acne marks, but I only recieved 4 patches.
I used these for 4 days and didn't notice any real difference in my post acne marks. However, I did have a pimple that was less red after using this product.

I love using these spot fading patches, I love how they are so big to help cover the bigger spots, they are basically invisible when wearing them, you can tell a big difference after wearing them over night! I received these patches to try for free from butterly

It does fade pigmentation!!

I used this product for 3 consecutive days, primarily wearing it overnight. I used it on a fresh pimple that had started scarring. On the first two nights I wore this, it still drew out some moisture, but by the fourth day the pimple was fully flat and dry. I used this product in addition to basic cleanser, moisturizer and daily sunscreen. I noticed the spot was a bit brighter than what it usually would have been, despite only using it for 3 nights, I'm sure if I used this for the recommended 10 days, the spot would be significantly brighter. This products sticks very well, and doesn't lift at all throughout the night, but constantly peeling the patch off everyday for three days did irritate the area of the patch a bit. Overall, it is a good product if you're only targeting a very small area of skin.
