These really work to prevent blemishes from getting bigger. They are also practically invisible so although I wear mine at night, They have good adhesion too - stay on all night. In my case my skin was very dry after using it, but it's me, have very sensitive skin. Result is actually good.

Nicely-sized acne patches

I was pleasantly surprised by the shape and size of these PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening patches! Patches from other brands tend to be very small, but these were able to target multiple breakouts at once. They helped decrease the inflammation of my pimples, but I can’t comment on their brightening effect, as I did not use them long enough to notice a difference in skintone.

Blemish Brightening patch

I have been using these for 7 days. I have to say, it has been a pleasure and an amazing experience. My spots have faded quite nicely and has made me feel way better about my skin.

Works!

Great patch, and PanOxyl PM Blemish Brightening Patches is one of our trusted brands out there. The patch is large and encompasses a large area. I like that they cover not just one but a couple of blemishes because of how big it is. I applied it to a clean face before bedtime. The patch sticks really well, so it did stayed all night on my face. I applied it to my fresh scar from acne. I can see a little difference after using it for a couple of nights.

Overall, the Blemish Brightening Patches are good for dark spots. I haven’t used them long enough to know the effectiveness of it but the patches do absorb without drying.

Decent brightening spot treatment

I received this product for free from crown labs (canada) in exchange for an honest review. I used the sample dialysis for one week and noticed a slight difference in some of my scarring and dark spots on my face. I would use this product again however would advise for more natural ingredients to be used.
