Gets the job done!

The patches were thicker and heavier than others hence I had to try them on at night. I had a painful pimple with a visible pus point when I decided to try it out. I left it overnight and the patch stuck really well. When I tried to remove it the next morning, it actually popped open the pimple. I put another one on after cleaning the pus and this helped in preventing further infection and hyperpigmentation. It does what it says by protecting the skin from picking and causing scars. These are very visible on skin or under makeup so they’re not great for daytime use.

PanOxyl Overnight Spot Patch Review

First impression: really liked these. Super impressed that they are latex free, it was easily identifiable which side was to be stuck to the skin (some competitor brands lack in this area big time) and looked seamless on my skin.
After use: enthusiasm was definitely gone. The patches were very very stuck to the skin, which irritated and already irritated area. After removing the patch and cleansing my skin the spot looked significantly more prominent. After about 24 hours the spot then looked like a scab (which to me is much harder to cover up than a small spot). I thought maybe it was just a fluke but this happened each time I tested a patch out and could never use one more than a single night on a spot because of this.

Love these patches.
I got a sample in the mail and ended up going out 2 days later and buys a whole pack of them! I definitely recommend if you get zits often.

Clear skin over night

I love these spot patches for breakouts. I put one on right before bed and my skin was noticeably clearer in the morning. Very convenient and I keep them by my bed so I do not forget them when I need them. I would definitely use these again.

Acne helper

This overnight spot patches is very helpful in absorbing pus from my acne. As it is free with latex so I don't need to worry about the allergy. Also, it won't be very hard to remove so don't need to worry about the scarring or breaking skin

Sucks my pimples out

This product is great for cystic acne pain relief, went to bed in pain and woke up with no pain. Additionally, it pulled all the pus out and my pimple then went away by the next day. No picking necessary, I will be buying MORE.

Didn't work for me

Unfortunately the patches did not seem to make any difference to the spots I used them on. But my son is going to give them a try to see if they work for him.

Works amazing

I totally forgot to take a picture of them before I used them but wow!! They work amazing!! I put one on before I went to bed and in the morning I took it off and it was basically gone!! I will be buying these again and telling all of my friends and family to buy them too.

Did nothing for my pimple

I used one of these spot patches on a zit I had on my forehead. Left it on overnight, only to find no difference in the morning: no decrease in size, no decrease in redness, and it didn't even help dry out the pimple. Based on this first use, I can see that this product is not effective for acne spots. I would not recommend and would no repurchase.
