Works pretty good

These worked pretty well on my acne! I would definitely buy these after trying them out and reviewing them. I struggle with acne so hopefully these will help!

Ineffective patches

I was selected by Butterly to try these overnight patches for free. I read that these patches work best on pimples that are whiteheads (not blind pimples) so that's what I tried. First of all, I'm impressed that these managed to stay on my face overnight. I have very oily skin and thought they'd disappear off my face by the next morning. Unfortunately, I didn't find these effective at all. The next morning, I would always wake up to a whitehead. These patches are meant to absorb/draw out/get rid of fluids and whiteheads and I found no difference between using these patches and when I leave pimples to reabsorb on their own. They just didn't work for me at all, so I wouldn't recommend or repurchase.

So effective

I love this spot patch because it really helps prevent me from picking on my acne. It also helps control my acnes. They become much smaller after using the patches. I highly recommend this.

A good overnight solution

I used this patch on a nasty breakout after cleansing and drying my skin. The patch went on easily, and I especially appreciated that the patches come in two sizes so I was able to choose the best one for me(sadly it was the larger one this time!). The patch itself was very comfortable. I couldn’t see it at all on my skin.
By the next morning the patch has absorbed some oils and gunk and the pimple was absolutely reduced in size, though not completely gone. I think it sped up the duration of time I would have had to endure this breakout.
I did notice that removing the patch left the area and surrounding skin quite red for about an hour after removing it carefully, so I would note that to anyone who might want to whip it off on the way out the door. After the redness calmed I could see the full effects of the patch. My breakout had flattened, redness was significantly reduced and my skin wasn’t dried out or textured, which actually improved makeup application over the breakout, making concealing it much easier. The breakout was to the right of my lip and I struggle to find it in the photo!

Easy to use and effective

I love that this product is a simple, fast and effective way to treat inopportune pimples. I used the patch at night and by morning my pimple is almost gone without having to pop it and irritate my skin. I also loved how invisible they are, I definitely recommend these patches.

Feeling like Sleeping Beauty

I really enjoyed using these pimple patches overnight, on top of breakouts. Not sure how they work but you'll be surprised by how much gunk comes off a tiny sticker! I enjoy putting these on and peeling them off, and they stick pretty well in comparison to pimple patches I've used in the past. Usually I'm left with a spot that is nearly healed and somewhat smaller, though the breakouts are not entirely gone.

These patches adhere to the skin really well, don't move around, and aren't obvious when applied to the face. In fact, I used these during the day once and almost forgot I even had one on.

Love these and hope they come out with an even larger pack.

Irritates my skin

Did not like this product as it was not mild enough for my super sensitive skin. Packaging was thin and flimsy. Not what I was expecting. Would not buy this for myself.

Works better when kept for longer period.

I got this as a free sample .I have used many rapid action anti-acne treatments over the years and this one was just okay when it comes to effectiveness. I found that keeping overnight is not so effective for larger zits, but when kept for longer it seems better. However, I must say that if done one wants a good invisible acne barrier when doing makeup or going out, thus one might be good choice for them . It's discreet and is good to shield the inflamed skin from more irritants.

Spot On!

I received the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches for free in exchange for my honest review. Myself and my daughter tried these patches on our spots and found that it made a noticeable difference overnight in terms of a reduction in both redness and size of the breakouts. We will definitely be getting more of these in the future as they really helped to reduce signs of the breakout.
