it's not for me

I had some breakouts and wanted to try the patches, I left them on overnight as directed and the next morning the pimple was still the same, so I tried them nights later and nothing happened.

I've used these patches when a pimple has begun to appear and they have worked wonders. I put a patch over the offending pimple overnight and even during the day. Once removed the pimple is barely visible or is gone. Would purchase again

It works

it is a useful product. it dimmnish the spots but can't say exactly overnight. but yess with the regular use of spot patches the spots are not that visible.

Hit the spot for Acne dots

I received PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches free to try from Buttely.
It came at the perfect time as I had just experienced a breakout.
I cleansed my face and applied the acne spot patches to problem areas. I had one mega zit on my chin that was large and painful.
The next morning I carefully removed the spots.
On the mega zit, it drew out the gunk and fluid and drew down the inflammation.
Overall this product is useful for an overnight fix for individual acne spots.

Overnight spot patches

I really like this product. When applied to a spot for overnight, it cured and took out the pimple out of my skin leaving almost a little red stop where the break out was. Very happy just with they had better sticking to your skin

I used these pimple patches overnight and they cleared all my blemishes. My skin looked great the next morning and the pimples were flat. I would definitely recommend these!

I think it works the most on the open white acne

I used it on my small pimples and I felt it speeds up the healing process.
But I think it would work the best on open white head acnes. It absorb the oil make the acne dry faster.

It didn’t really work for me

I had a few zits that were ready to pop but I didn’t want to use my fingers. So, I pot the patches over them overnight but the next morning, the zits still looked the same.

It works!

Works great! Sticks well and helps dry out pimples quickly. I have used a couple of these now, and I would recommend. I would definitely purchase this in store.
