PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches effectively decrease the size of pimples overnight while protecting your skin from unintentional scratching, leaving your skin flawless after two or three applications. The patches are easily applied and removed. These latex-free hydrocolloid patches remove blemishes and protect the area during the healing process. The product is sold in boxes containing patches in 9mm and 12 mm. They are paraben, fragrance, sulfate, and dye-free.

Great product

I got sample of these patches in exchange for my honest reviews. This is by far the best acne patch I have tried so far. Its very thin and can easily be worn under makeup. I got rid of my pimples in 2 days. Love this product. Definitely worth buying.

Works Well to Diminish Blemishes

I used this patch last night on a red, larger blemish. By morning it has greatly reduced in size and redness where I didn’t even really see it, I need to conceal with makeup.

Quite effective

I used many types of spot parches and most worked, these were overall faster and easier than others and definitely did their what they were supposed to; clear ip the spot quickly!

Perfect patches!

These patches worked great! Helped reduce acne spots overnight. Will definitely be adding these to my night time routine! Can also be used during the day because of being transparent.

Amazing product!!!!

I got this as a free sample from butterfly. Will definitely recommend it to my family and friends. It really helps with dark spots and acne. Used it a few times and it helps!!!

Patches that work

I have tried many different pimple patches and these are my favourite. They are sturdy and stick very well to the skin. You can see the patch turn opaque as it sucks up the grease and gunk. They are also great if you are a picker as it reduces the urge to pick.

Worked alright

I found these patches helped significantly with the redness if the pimple but the inflamation was still there, albeit less, after applying overnight. Overall I could see a difference but it's certainly not magic. Still great as it reduces the size to make it easier to cover up.

How was my experience?
I really liked these patches! I’m going to list all the reasons why;

i) Super easy to apply, since it’s an on-spot patch it literally needs to be pulled out from the sheet and applied to the whitehead. So easy!
ii) It’s transparent, and if you’d see on my Instagram post I have created arrows in the second picture to show where these patches were applied. I can honestly go out with them.
iii) It works! Does exactly what it says. I am HAPPY!!!

Effective zit patches

I’ve tried many brands of zit patches before and the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are definitely one of my favourites. The patches stayed on all evening and night. When I removed them in the morning, I noticed the patches had absorbed a lot and my spots were drier, which means they will heal faster for me. I didn’t take after photos because my spots were still pretty red. However, I do believe this product worked as described. I also tried the remaining ones while doing errands (with a mask on!) and they all stayed on even though it was a hot summer day and my face got sweaty. I will definitely buy these and try them out again.
