You simply chose a patch size that will cover your blemish and then apply the patch over the blemish and let it work. I applied overnight and there were no issues with the patch coming off and it was comfortable to wear. The patches are latex-free and contain no parabens, sulfates, fragrance, or dyes, so you don't have to worry about your skin having a reaction to the product. PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches are a hydrocolloid product that help eliminate blemishes by absorbing pus and fluids. I was happy with their effectiveness. Even after only night, the patches worked well to start drawing everything out, significantly shortening the time I need to deal with the same blemish. It was impressive to actually see the quick progression. With other acne products, my skin dries out quickly which just makes everything look worse and takes longer to heal. PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches also act to protect your skin, preventing your blemish from drying out, and helps facilitate quicker healing. Overall, I would highly recommend this product for adult hormonal acne and I will be keeping PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches on hand to deal with my breakouts.

Did not meet expectations

I was very happy to receive these acne patches, as I have moderate acne and get pimples very often. I was hopeful that it would help clear out my acne faster. When I first tried the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches, I was quite disappointed, as when I took them out the next morning, it just made my spot bleed for a while. I tried them on different parts of my face, different looking spots, and i did not have the effect expected. I had some white heads peeking and it did not disappear the next morning. It helped making the pimple "ready to take out" but did not take any of it out by itself. I've tried it multiple times and yet have not found this product very helpful. Sometimes it didn't do anything. I don't know if it has to do with my skin type or acne severity, but for me it's just not working. It is though a great solution to avoid touching the spots, so for that I am happy with, but would not recommend the product as it didn't do much for me.

Overnight Spot Patches.
These are legit my new favourite acne patches!
They stick really well to your skin. They’re clear so they’re practically invisible on your skin, and they’re thin enough that you can’t even see. Can you even notice I’m wearing one in the photo?!
They work great on regular acne. By the next morning your acne is almost gone! No harmful popping temptation, it’s just almost gone! On cystic acne, they help bring it all up to the surface a lot faster than they would without a patch.
My closest comparison would be the new day dots from Peace Out, BUT the best part?! They are literally only 1/4 of the price tag. I kid you not.
I only have two patches left because my husband is obsessed too, so looks like I’ll be stocking up on these right now!

Pimple be gone!

Wedding season is upon us and I woke up with a big pimple on my chin.. figures. The product patch was simple to use and made a huge difference in the size and redness by morning! Would definitely recommend!

Nothing special

Nothing special really. It does take out some of the yuk in a zit but honestly not to much. It doesn’t help with the size nor the redness of the zit itself. I found popping them myself is easier

It truly works!!

I got this from #butterly and it couldn't come at a better moment!! My daughter was having issues with her acnes and she was suppose to attend an important event in 2 days. We tried that on her and voila!! It worked ..from next day!! I would definitely buy it specially for urgent times. It is easy to apply and you don't even feel it. Highly recommended. It's a must for emergencies.

Works for me

This worked as I’ve tried something else from another store. Leave on over night and wake up to a shrink, minimized pimple appearance. I would buy it again as needed.
