Ok

I was happy to try these overnight spot remover patches. They worked ok but wasn’t exactly what I was expecting. They didn’t magically clear my spot overnight however I think it did help clear the acne spot faster (in a day or so). Not sure if I’d buy them but mainly because I’d forget to use them or take them off in the morning. Overall not a product for me but could work better for others.

Didn't work for me.

Unfortunately, the product did not work for me. I followed the instructions and the zits were still there in the morning. I am sure it can work for others, just not for me.

It worked for me!

I used these patches on my hormonal breakout and it did a pretty good job! While not every pimple it was on miraculously disappeared, it actually cleared up a few that were just about to turn majorly painful. I was impressed when I peeled off the patches in the morning and saw the marks were gone.

I'm pretty pale skinned so the patches blended in nicely with my skin. They also stayed on well and didn't fall off during the night; I even forgot they were on! However, they do hurt when you peel them off of any area that has baby fuzz.

Didn't really do much...

I applied the patch on a zit that appeared yesterday, and this morning it is still there. A little less red, but it didn't eliminate any of the pus or pimple itself.

Mixed Feelings

I have tried these patches a few times. I really like the format, and they are very comfortable to wear, however I'm not completely sure that they're working. I'm open to trying again, but not overly impressed as it is right now.

Works great, but inefficient packaging!

I tried the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches and found that they did work well for small blemishes that I had on my face. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use some of the spot patches as they wouldn't come off of the packaging well. I may have had a fluke product, or perhaps the letter mail caused the effect if it got too hot. I am looking forward to trying them again if I come across them in the store!

It definitely works

I don’t break out often, but I get the occasional blemish…. I actually had to wait for one to come before I was able to test this product and when I did, it worked! The next morning, I already noticed a huge improvement. My only complaint was that it wasn’t as ‘sticky’ as I’d hoped and I had to reapply in the middle of the night because it fell off. Maybe I’m just a crazy sleeper, but by night two, it worked great. I liked that it was skin coloured (for my complexion) so I was able to wear it during the day too. I kind of wish they had the fun designs available too though!

Can’t notice an improvement

My daughter used this product and we do not see an improvement unfortunately. She used it every night until the product was finished and we can’t see an improvement.

Great concept; unfortunately did not work for me

Unfortunately this product did not work for me even though I loved the concept! I would wear a patch over a pimple overnight. It did not worsen the pimple, but I just felt it did not speed up the healing process or help the healing at all. I did like the patch texture and how easy it was to apply and remove though.

it's not for me

I had some breakouts and wanted to try the patches, I left them on overnight as directed and the next morning the pimple was still the same, so I tried them nights later and nothing happened.
