I really enjoyed this product. For starters, I love that there was 2 sizes. I typically put these on after a shower before bed and when I see some type of pimple or blemish starting to form, and leave it overnight. The good thing about these is that they are meant for overnight, however when applied to the skin they aren’t very noticeable, so if you really needed to, you can use through the day which I have tried. I found it was very good at preventing my blemish from getting bigger or worse and they never got to the point where they were as noticeable as they would be without these patches. Highly recommend for anyone to keep handy in case a blemish arises.

These spot patches are great! I love that it comes in 2 sizes and really does work overnight! I was able to get rid of a pimple in just one night with using these patches!

sucked the 'gunk right out!

These are really great pimple patches!! Contrary to another brand I have tried, these patches sit very flat on your face and stay on tight. I will be honest, I actually kept these on for 3 days for no reason other than laziness and not leaving the house. I am only saying this to really support the fact that they stay on and do not peel or move around at all. The other brand I have tried can peel off easily either by simply rubbing your face accidentally, or while sleeping. These patches are thin and are like second skin. As for their efficiency, I tried to wait until I had a good pimple to test it on, but only had 2 little ones. I used 2 patches and, after those few days, peeled them off to reveal skin that - to be honest, was still red and pimple-appearing, but - was very flat and I could tell by feeling the area that the 'gunk' was all sucked out. My skin was completely flat, whereas before I put the patches on, it was very bumpy. Now, I will repeat that my skin was still red, and minus the fact that my skin was flat and smooth, it still looked like I had pimples. BUT - if you are a makeup wearer, this can be easily covered up and you won't be layering makeup on bumpy skin. At least if you have the same experience I did! A bit of concealer, and you wouldn't be able to tell there was anything there as the skin was flat and smooth, just red is all. Really great! Curious to see the results on a larger, maybe even painful pimple.

solid choice!

I’m really impressed with the results. overall They’re easy to apply, barely noticeable, and stay in place overnight. The next morning, I notice a significant reduction in the size and redness of pimples. They’re especially effective for smaller, inflamed spots, but I didn’t see as much improvement on larger breakouts. Overall, they’re a great addition to my skincare routine for tackling blemishes quickly and discreetly.

Stays on well overnight! Like a zit coverup

I liked this product as it fit well on my zip and stayed on overnight. It definitely brought the pus to the surface but it did not make my zip go away just overnight. These are great for emergency purposes and also it’s a great cover-up for your zit as when I put it on I felt like I didn’t even have my zit anymore.

Great for breakouts

I’ve been using the PanOxyl PM Overnight Spot Patches, and overall, I think they’re a solid option for treating breakouts. The patches are thin, stick well throughout the night, and do a great job of absorbing pus from whiteheads. By morning, I can see a noticeable reduction in redness and swelling.

One thing I really like is that these patches are almost invisible on the skin, so you could wear them during the day if needed. They also don’t dry out the surrounding area like some spot treatments do. However, I’ve found that they work best on pimples that have already come to a head—deep, cystic acne doesn’t seem to improve as much.

Compared to other brands, they’re effective but not necessarily better.

Magical Zit Remover

I have received the PanOxyl patch as a sample from Butterly and I put it on last night to see how it was gonna work this morning it is safe for all skin types. So as you can see, it pulled all the puss out of my zit and the surrounding areas pulled out dirt as well, so it worked very well. I still had a little red mark, but the red mark was gone,by the end of the day.
I would recommend you try the Panoxyl and hope you have good results like I did.
