One of the issues I have with long fine hair is that it tangles and knots up at the ends – this product kept my hair silky and smooth and prevented it from tangling or snarling. It also made my hair feel so healthy & shiny. I did end up using a bit more per use than the recommended amount, but my hair is very long, so I found I needed more than 1-2 pumps to achieve the desired result.
