I have used other Pantene products in the past so I was expecting similar results with this line, but boy was I mistaken. This product truly lives up to it's claims of weightless hair! My hair felt fantastic, this shampoo did not weigh my hair down at all, gave my fine limp hair unexpected volume and not to mention the great scent this comes in! The bottle has a nice shape and is shower friendly. Would definitely try again and definitely would recommend it to others

I was excited when I got the opportunity to try out the Pantene Pro-V Aqua Light system. I have extremely long hair (past my hips) and it is a real pain to do anything with. I don't want to have to get up two hours early to have time to wash, dry, blow dry and style my hair, so most days I wash and condition and then try and brush out the tangles while it is still wet and french braid it so it isn't in the way at work.

After using the shampoo and conditioner, I spritzed a bit of this through my hair and it worked really well at getting the tangles out. My hair was left feeling much softer and had less frizz than it normally would after leaving it to air dry. I would definitely buy again!

I received this free from ChickAdvisor, and I was pretty excited to see if it would really make my hair feel "weightless".Since I tried this with the accompanying Conditioner, I'm not sure which result should be attributed to which product, but I'll try my best.

First, I love the scent of this product. Some cheaper shampoos seem to have too much fragrance, while others don't really have a fruity or "fun" scent. To me, this shampoo has achieved the perfect balance between "shampoo clean" and "fruity and fun" (both scents which I love, but in moderation only).

This product is easy to lather (don't use too much!) and rinses quite well. It also didn't leave my hair feeling super-dry in between rinsing off the shampoo and putting on the conditioner.

I've tried this product twice now, and I'm glad I did, as it helps paint a clearer picture of what its results. The first time I used this shampoo and the conditioner, I noticed flakes at the roots of my hair, especially at the hairline. This has happened to me before, and it might have been slight dandruff and water droplets. (I've been using a 3-in-1 anti-dandruff shampoo/conditioner/treatment for years now, though I'm not sure that I need the "anti-dandruff" part of it...) Anyways, I freaked out and tried using water to get it out. By the second day, the dandruff/water had disappeared. The second time around, I made sure shampoo well my hairline area, and above all, rinsed everything well. There were no little white flakes this time.

Also, I'm not sure if it's due to my mind or not, but the day after using the shampoo and conditioner for the first time, my hair did feel very light and bouncy. My hair was also less "poufy" then usual the day after I washed it and slept with wet hair (like I always do). I wash my hair every 3 days (it might seem disgusting, but it works for me) and usually, after I wash it and sleep with my hair wet, my hair isn't very manageable the next day. After using the shampoo and conditioner a second time around, I'm not sure exactly how "weightless" my hair is due to these two products. I just cut off my long hair a few weeks ago, but I do remember that if I took the time to blowdry my hair right after washing it, my hair would feel as silky and weightless as it feels after using this Pantene combo.

So bottom line: yes, this product does meet its claims, but not in a "OMG, something THAT amazing exists?" kind of way. With close comparison, I did notice my hair being slightly more silky, smooth, manageable, and weightless with this product, but it's not that big of a difference. Plus, I'm a lazy gal, and if possible, I'd prefer to use a 2-in-1 product instead (though since my usual brand of 3-in-1 shampoo/conditioner/treatment is being discontinued, I might be on the hunt for a replacement soon). I'd recommend this to a friend, but I'd only come back and buy this after trying out all the new brands out there (like Head & Shoulders).

The most appealing part of this new shampoo is the floral scent, such a big improvement over other Pantene shampoos which usually cause a reaction when I use them. The Aqua Light Shampoo is a pleasure to apply, has a light lather, and rinses out quite easily without leaving any soap residue. It leaves my hair feeling fresh and clean and not weighted down whatsoever. The product is effective at cleaning the hair and also performs as advertised by leaving my hair hydrated and noticeably weightless. I have very thick hair, and this product makes enough of a difference for me to notice the weightless texture in comparison to other shampoos. The scent was also long lasting; my hair still emitted a freshly cleaned scent a few days later. I will most definitely be purchasing this product again in the future, and have already recommended it to a friend.

Aqua Light has exceeded my expectations for Pantene products. After using them, my hair feels clean for up to 3 days and smelled fresh all the time. It didn't weigh my hair down.
I love the sleek packaging because it gives it a modern and sophisticated feel. The cap for conditioner is great and comes of easily.
Not only did it do a terrific job in cleaning my hair, but it left my hair bouncy, soft and sleek !

I will be using this shampoo from now on. I really love the smell of my hair !

I was surprised that I liked this shampoo as much as I did. I expected my hair to be dry, because I usually buy moisturizing shampoos. But my hair did not dry out at all when using it. The smell is floral, which I prefer over fruity, and very light. Not overpowering. My hair had so much more volume than when I used my regular shampoo, but it was still very soft, and even more shiny than before. I will definitely purchase again!

First of all, the smell is amazing. It is a floral scent that does not make me want to gag like some overly scented products. The shampoo produces a nice lather, and the product really lives up to its name -- it does not weigh down your hair. I wash my hair about once every 5 days, and the product did not make my hair limp at all during that time. There was no residue when I rinsed, and I did not require much product to get the work done!

This is a pretty great shampoo. It lathers up nicely, cleans well and doesn't leave any residue or dryness on my scalp. I like the smell and packaging of the bottle as well. Definitely a great drugstore shampoo find!

Thank you Chickadvisor for letting me review this product as part of the product review club. I really liked this shampoo. It works up into a thick lather and rinses off cleanly and doesn't leave any greasy residue behind. As a result, my hair feels light and clean. I would use this shampoo in the summer when I prefer a lighter shampoo as the humidity makes my hair more heavy and greasy compared to the winter. However, in the winter, when my hair needs extra moisture, I would be less inclined to use such a light shampoo as my hair needs deeper conditioning.

Overall, this is a good product that works well, leaves hair feeling clean and light with a subtle and not overly strong fragrance.
