Chemical burns :(

I used to use Pantene often with no issues, but I'm wondering if their formula has changed. It did add volume(reason for 4*), but after one use, my scalp was full of raw spots and my hair was falling out in chunks. Unfortunately, I won't be using it again.


To add: Their customer service was amazing and they were very helpful to correct the situation.
