I didn't find that the shampoo washed away very well. There seemed to be film left on my hair and it didn't feel very clean afterwards. I don't think I would recommend this product.

it cleans my hair (and, more importantly, the scalp) without stripping, drying, or weighing it down, the rest is personal preference. If you like the way your hair looks after you’ve washed it, then that’s the shampoo for you.

I have very fine long curly hair. I have been using Pantene Sheer Volume Shampoo for a few weeks now and I have a few issues with this shampoo. It has a gel-like consistency which I find annoying since it tends to roll off my hand when taking a shower and I find it difficult to come out of the bottle - perhaps because I was using a sample bottle which had an open mouth. I actually found this shampoo weighing my hair down. It did not increase volume at all. It does clean but really doesn't all shampoo? As far as any other benefits, there just wasn't any in my experience. The fragrance is just "ok" and nothing special.
