This is a fairly nice shampoo. It does leave my hair very soft and smooth. However, I have very oily and fine hair. I find it made my hair a bit oily and weighed down my hair.

This shampoo made my scalp flake out and felt itchy . I think that there is a certain ingredient in the formula that gave me an allergic reaction . I do use the BB Creme balm and it works wonders on my hair.

I can't say enough good things about Pantene Pro-V Ultimate 10 Shampoo. It made my hair feel silky smooth and rinsed out cleanly, without leaving any greasy residue.

I use this shampoo all the time now. It works so well. Due to grey hair, I have to color every 3 weeks. This shampoo helps keep my hair soft and damage free. I noticed a difference within 2 shampoos when I first started using it. Won't go back to using anything other type now.

Saw it in a magazine and decided to try it. I have the shampoo, conditioner and bb cream. It's ok, nothing special. Not the best I've tried, but it's cheap and effective

I am a regular Pantene Pro-V user so was excited to try this new Ultimate 10 line. But to my disappointment, this shampoo has no benefits for my very very fine hair. I do like that it's not overly perfumey though. I'll continue to be a Pantene Pro-V user, just not of the Ultimate 10 product line.

I liked this shampoo, its not my first choice tho. Nice smell, not over powering, washes out good, left my hair soft, frizz free and lively. I have to admit, i didnt like conditioner, that i would not recommend.

Originally BB for hair sounded kinda stupid, but who cares about the name when it works that well?! It leathers greatly, for my long hair I only need a tiny amount. It washes hair very well out, it feel fresh for a long time, and it's easy to brush even without conditioner. My hair is shiny and flowy. The only negative thing i have to say would be the smell of shampoo - it's slightly too chemically for my liking.

Awesome products! Leaves my hair soft and full and it smells great too! Definitely recommend this line to friends and family :)

At first, this Pantene BB cream shampoo worked quite well for me, but overtime my hair started to feel brittle. I think it had to with build-up because after I stopped using it and then used it again, it was okay. But frankly, I will not purchase it again.
