Easy at home wax kit

This kit is a great kit for at home waxing! I have very sensitive skin so I did end up getting a bit of a rash, but that happens with pretty much any hair removal method. It was super straightforward and quick. Definitely would recommend!

Smooth results

Have you tried waxing at home before because you don't have time to get to the salon for your monthly waxing. Recently i tried this Brazilian hot wax from and it's safe to say that it's really easy and convenient to use.
This kit was super easy to use by just placing the hot wax in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes to heat up well as per instructions but it took me 5 minutes. Made with nourishing beeswax which is perfect for sensitive skin, this non-toxic hard wax formula gently targets unwanted hair

This Hot Wax is gentle and effective. As it warms, the wax transforms into a rich consistency that glides onto the skin and grabs short and coarse hair. Once firm, the wax becomes the strip. Which becomes very easy to peel off.
The only thing that bothers me is that wax gets harder very quickly and I have to heat it in microwave again. So I highly recommend to use Wax Warmer to keep the wax warm for longer duration. Overall this is a very good wax that does a great job. My underarms was smooth for quite some time.

Great easy at home waxing

I really love the concept. Its pretty easy to use, convenient and fun. The wax kept its consistency for about 10 minutes out of the microwave, which was enough time to get my underarms waxed. I had trimmed my underarms before waxing so the waxing wasn't painful at all. My only concern was that the wax wasn't getting all the hair in one go, and the package states to reapply wax only after 24 hrs on same area. So I couldn't rewax for a day to remove the extra hairs left. The product would be great to use to remove small amounts of body hair.

Wax on, wax off

This was so easy to use!! Just microwave, apply , then pull strip off! Loved that thevwax hardens & becomes the strip. I had no issues exceot the temporary sting that always comes with waxing. Easy to use at home wax for beginner

Can the skin on my legs actually be as soft as clouds ?? ☁️ Isn’t waxing a lot of mess ? 😩Don’t I need some training to use wax ? 📑

I had all these questions and more. I was sceptical about trying at home waxing but I have to admit it is incredibly easy. This at home wax kit comes with
〰️5 oz wax
〰️5 ml ultra soothe oil
〰️3 spatulas

Just heat the container in a microwave and then apply as needed. I experienced minor redness that was gone in 5 minutes. I did not have any skin irritation.

The things I would change are: bigger container, more spatulas, more soothing oil.

Effective and gentle!

This Parissa Brazilian and Underarm Hot Wax is super convenient and effective. It was easy to heat up in the microwave and apply. I love that the box comes with all the products you need. It makes for an easy at home wax process.

Easy to use and effective

This does exactly as it's suppose to. It was easy to use, apply and removed my hair effectively. I used it on my under arms and unfortunately it left me sore for an hour and in one spot bleeding and tender the following day. You absolutley need a microwave which I do not own so it made it very difficult to use and if I had of had a choice or known i would have passed on the chance to test this sadly.
Overall I would use it again (if i had a microwave) or another product from Parissa!

Very Effective Wax

I have been an esthetician for 14 years which translates to I have done A LOT of waxing and used A LOT of different types and brands of wax. I wax myself at home all the time as it is, so i was excited to try a new wax brand.

Before I yried the wax I opened the little booklet that comes with the wax. One thing I did not like when reading the instructions is that it tells you tonapply the wax in the opposite direction of the hair growth. This is not the way you are supposed to apply wax. You awlays apply in the same direction as the hair grows and remove the wax in the opposite direction of hair growth. The wax doesn't properly adhere to the hairs if you go the opposite way.

Parissa wax is a very nice wax, it is super gentle on the skin and grabs onto the hairs nicely too. I had no irritation and didnt experience any redness other than what you normally get fron waxing. The resness was gone withing 20 minutes. There was barely any wax residue after and the Ultra Soothe Oil removed any wax that was left behind and left my skin so soft and obviously smooth.
Overall this is a very good wax that does a great job. The only complaint I have is that I wish the container could go into a wax warmer insyead of using the microwave. You have to be so careful when it comes to the temperature of the wax when it comes out of the microwave. I have seen too many burns from wax that was too hot.
I also wish they would fix the the instructions on applying the wax.

First off, I really like it! It was very easy to use, it was easy to warm up, I followed all the instructions and was very careful. I liked that you don’t need strips to remove it, it applied smoothly and dried fairly quickly. I liked the colour of it, it was easy to see any missed wax and the oil did a great job of soothing the skin and removing any left over bits of wax. It was very easy to pull off, I found it less painful to do it quickly than going slowly, the only con for me personally was it has kind of a like, tea tree oil scent.. I tend to find that over powering and sometimes off putting, I found it worse as soon as it was warmed up but once I was finished there wasn’t any scent so just beware if anyone is touchy when it comes to scents.
Either way, I found this very easy and fast to use and i would definitely use again! It would also be great for beginners or anyone that’s a bit nervous of wax, this was much more forgiving than other brands I have used in the past.
