So easy to use. Just heat and apply. Wait and remove. Works great on facial hair removal; without getting any bumps later. I usually break out after waxing. But didn't have any problems.

I am converted!

As my friends know, i have always been very afraid of waxing but when the opportunity came to try this out I said maybe its time to try it out, and wow am I converted. It is smooth and not super painful. I found the natural ingredients left my skin nutritious and it was fantastic. The package is adorable easy to use and you have everything you need right in the box. As you can see from the picture it is super smooth and would totally buy again!

Pleasantly surprised!

I received a free trial of this product via Butterly/Chickadvisor in exchange for an honest review. I must say I am not a wax user so I was hesitate but this was so easy to use and hardly painful! The scent of the wax is mild, and the oil has a fresh herbal scent to it that helps to soothe the skin after wax application. It came with great instructions that benefitted a first time user like me, and all the tools to get started right away. I will definitely be using it again!

Easy to use, great product!

I used this Parissa FACE & LIP HOT WAX for my face and It's been a game-changer for removing my facial hair, especially with short hair which other waxes have struggled with. Very surprised.

Usually don't wax, always had sensitive skin. After bleaching didn't work I have gotten to try Parissa and never want to look back. The wax stays warm and takes out the finest hairs. Very surprised how good this works.

I absolutely loved this product. It was so easy to use. It wasn't messy at all. I loved the results. Alot better than going to salons to get it done. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends.

Salon quality waxing in your own home!

Parissa, you are now a permanent new addition to my household. This was my first time using hot wax at home and I don't think I will ever need to set foot in the salon again. I love that the wax is all natural, fragrance free and the best past is that the company is Canadian! I warmed the wax on my electric stove for about 10 minutes on low heat and it was ready to go. I was a bit concerned about the mess it would create considering there were no waxing strips to use but it all worked out well in the end. I applied the wax on my upper lip, chin and side burns. It removed ALL the hair in one go...there was no need to wax the same area twice. I made sure to hold the skin taut and pull the wax strip off quickly to get the best results. When this wax says it will work on short coarse hair (mine is horribly coarse), it WILL work on short coarse hair. If the facial hair you're trying to wax is long (ie. sideburns), I would recommend trimming it so the wax has better grip on the hair. I found this to be the most effective technique for me. After I was done, there was still tons of wax left over in the pot. I reckon I will get 8-10 wax treatments out of this pot. As the wax is not water soluble, I appreciated that the pack comes with a mini ultra sooth oil to remove any sticky wax residue. Do not skip the oil! It smells amazing! The peppermint and eucalyptus oil will calm your skin and help minimize the redness. Overall, incredible value for the money without paying crazy salon prices. It has now been four days and I don't notice any hair growth yet. If you are looking for a high quality, professional product that does the job over and above a 100%, this is it. It removes the hairs from the root and leaves your skin smooth and clean.

The wax is to be warmed, which is easy. It has beeswax which is fantastic for smooth, supple skin. You don't need strips. The wax hardens as it cools and the wax becomes the strip itself. It is great for short and stubborn coarse hair on the upper lip, chin, jaw line and other facial areas.

The Ultra Soothe Oil included soothes and softens the skin and prevents ingrown hair from creeping up. After the whole thing, the excess wax can be easily cleaned up and the oil helps prevent any redness. Do not wash your skin or have a bath before the usage is what I would strongly suggest.
