Fun home spa experience!

This wax smells absolutely amazing, like trees and nature! I love that it is reusable and the pot could be upcycled. This worked really well on finer hairs but I did not see the results I would have liked on the coarse hairs, especially since it is marketed that way. It was gentle on the skin and did not cause any irritation but it was very dry afterwards. The oil was very helpful in bringing back some moisture to the skin.

Goodbye body hair.

I often use wax strips because I am afraid of heating the wax too much and burning myself and making a mess. However following the instructions provided I heated the wax in the mini pot provided and still tested it before application.

This wax does come to a honey consistency so you need to be careful not to make a mess. I can't lie I made a bit of a mess....oops.

It hardens soon after applying with the popsicle sticks provided. It does hurt a little. If i had to compare its similar to tearing of a bandaid. Thats to be expected. The important part is it removes the hair effectively.

After the hair removal process was done my upper lip was a little red. Once I applied the Ultra soothing oil my skin was calm and irritation free.

Honestly I would use this again but my preference is wax strips. I find it easier, faster and not as much of a mess.

Great Product

This product is great if your looking for a quick hair removal for your face. I've used it once so far and am willing to use it again very soon. I will be buying more of these strips.

Effective product

At first I had a little of trouble heating up the product but but then it did melt in the wax melter that I do have.
I did somewhat feel a difference when removing it it wasn’t at stiff and hard to remove it did remove the hairs and my skin wasn’t irritated ,I use also used the oil that was with it very effective smells like lavender makes skin absolutely soft.

Works alright

The wax is good, the problem I had was with the packaging. The wax comes in a metal measuring cup that you are supposed to melt slowly over an electric stovetop.. I have a gas range. I applied for this as a sample to review and this part wasn’t stated. Would be better in a plastic cup/dish that you could just throw in the microwave to warm.

Easy to use

I tried this product because it was sent to me free to review. I tried it with my brows as I don’t have other facial hair. It was easy to use and felt a little less painful than going to a salon for my brows. I’m not that good at it but it helped me to pluck a lot less this time. It doesn’t have a strong scent to me and I didn’t have any skin reactions to the product. I have sensitive skin so I have to be cautious of facial products. I’d probably buy these again depending on price.

Smooth skin and little irritation

I received the Parissa all natural Face and lip Hot Wax from @thisisbutterly which has everything you need for a smooth result. I liked that this wax requires no strips and it also included an ultra soothe oil to clean and soothe the skin daily. Although this product worked well at removing facial hair and wasn’t harsh on my sensitive skin, the downside for me was that it can be a little messy to work with and if you do not have an electric stove or cup warmer, it is more difficult to melt the wax as it comes in a metal cup. #40yearsofsmooth, #waxnaturally #parissawax #cleanbeauty

I received these great parissa products free to try and give my honest review. I also go to the esthetician store for my wax. This hard wax was very similar and I'm very impressed that drugstore brand wax could be just as effective. Plus it's natural! My skin didn't react; and the hair oil is incredible. The best home waxing product I have used!

I loved this product! I have used salon grade products to wax at home before, but really liked the simplicity and ease of using Parissa. It is fragrance free, which is a huge bonus, and made from natural ingredients. The oil it comes with helps remove any wax residue and I love the fact there are no strips to cut and toss out!

(I initially wasn't sure I would have a way to heat up the wax as I have a gas stove, but I ended up using my double boiler to get the job done. I will definitely be purchasing a wax warmer before my next waxing session!)

Easy to wax and long-lasting

I used Parissa hot wax face & lip no-strip and I really happy with the results. This wax has a great consistency and this wax melted fast and it is super easy to use. I apply a small amount of wax and I do in small parts to be sure don’t get hurt. It is easy to removed the wax of my skin. It is not too painful. It makes a great match with the Parissa Ultra Soothe Oil. This Parissa oil helps to leave my skin smooth and it contains eucalyptus and chamomilla with natural ingredients. Both products the wax and the oil do a great job. It doesn’t cause any irritation and just a minimal or normal redness. I notice that the hair grows thinner and it takes time to grow because the wax pulled of the hair from the root.
