Parissa hot wax face & lip no strip

An Excellent Solution

Before Parissa, I didn't know that you could use hot wax without strips. What a lifesaver! The ease of being able to heat up the wax myself and not having to mess about with strips has changed my beauty routine for the better- not to mention the savings! Parissa is by far the best hair removal system I have ever used.

Parissa face and lip hot wax is a great product. It requires no strips which is the best part. It needs to be heated before use, applied on to the face and pulled off. Works really well and is very effective. Much better than other ways to remove hair. It leaves the skin smooth and looking very clean.

Love this natural wax

I never used wax for my upper lips and I was really surprised! Everything I need is in the box and it was really easy to used. My skin is so soft. I will add it to my routine for sure!

Not for me

I have never tried hot wax before this and I found the process a little tedious for my liking
I don't have electric heating so it was a struggle to heat it up following the guidelines

Once I got the desired consistency it would harden very quickly and just became a much longer process than I would have liked

That being said it did peel away from the skin nicely and did a good job at removing hair and left the skin soft.

Natural and awesome

I tried the face waxing kit and I have never used wax on my face so I was a little worried but I can honestly say this was such an amazing experience. I loved that there was no mess really and also that it was just the wax and no messy strips. The kit contains everything you need including a soothing oil. I highly recommend this product.

Works well

This parissa face and lip hot wax works really good, it is easy to warm up and is easy to use, I like the fact that it is all natural ingredients, if you can handle a little discomfort pulling the wax of it’s a really good product!

Too strict

I received this free for my honest review. Not a big fan of the wax, you can't use with certain beauty products like those containing retinol and hairs have to be 2mm so that was the first issues. It doesn't heat on induction ovens and it takes forever to warm up. It might work ok if you have longer hairs to remove, 8m really not sure. The small was not that pleasant either. I'll continue my usual ways of hair removal.

Good first try

So thrilled to have been selected to try this product for free in exchange for my review. I found it very easy to warm up the wax and application and removal of the wax on my face too. I didn't have a skin reaction. The oil for after use really does help soothe the skin. I'd recommend this product for sure. I'm intrigued to get the one for body hair next!

Amazing pain-free wax hair remover

This product is nothing short of amazing! As a woman who battles with facial hair growth and have been looking for a product to help with same I was excited to try this product and it definitely did not disappoint. After using it, my face felt smoother and I did not experience any hair regrowth for days which was a pleasant surprise as in the past, the hair normally grew back within days. This product definitely exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend it

Great Natural Hot Wax!

Tired of expensive salon visits to wax the smallest of areas?

I was very happy to be selected for Parissa's 2023 Program! I got to try Parissa's Face & Lip Hot Wax for free from Parissa and Butterly in exchange for my honest review.

I recieved Parissa's:
-Face & Lip Hot Wax (no-strip wax) (100g)
-Ultra Soothe Oil (80ml)

The Face & Lip Hot Wax came with the hard wax in a metal canister, a couple of application sticks, and 5ml of the Ultra Soothe Oil. I tried two methods of heating the wax: in a bowl of hot water, which did not work and in a pan of water on the stove. I wish the wax came in a glass container to heat it in the microwave, which is what I was used to. I did have a couple of oopsies where I spilled some wax in the pan and of course while trying to clean it, I dumped a bunch on my glass cutting board! Urg! Not to worry, like candle wax, I let it cool and it came off! Phew!

Now to the actual waxing! I did a test strip on my wrist and all was good, so I moved to my upper lip. I liked how the quick guide reminds you which way to apply the wax and it was great I to not have to mess around with any strips! The hair came off very easily, with the actual waxing only taking a few minutes. It took more time to heat it up! The results were great and effective! My upper lip feels so smooth! I really like that this is a green wax alternative, plus i couldn't tell the difference. I also feel good using it!

I used the Ultra Soothe Oil, which helps prevent redness and bumps. It contains essential oils: chamomile, peppermint, eucalyptus, cypress, and as well sea berry and vitamin E. It felt really nice and soothing.

Both the Hot Wax and Ultra Soothe Oil are advertised as vegan and natural.
