Smoother Skin
With the Ingrown Rescue Kit there are just 3 simple steps to smoother skin. Lather, exfoliate and moisturize to minimize and prevent ingrown hairs. I have a problem area by my triceps on both arms. There are ingrowns creating small bumps and rougher/irritated skin. This has really helped to heal the area and make my skin a lot smoother. I use a few times a week and it’s so simple. After I shower I use the tea tree soap on my problem area and exfoliate with the Konjac sponge which has walnut shells in it for greater exfoliation. The tea tree oil soap is gentle but has antibacterial properties which really helped with the irritation. Once out the shower I apply the ultra soothe oil which is a blend of essential oils that really helped to moisturize the area and prevent redness and bumps. Great products overall and I will definitely be adding this to my ongoing routine as I have seen the results.
Great initial results
Do you suffer from ingrown hairs? I do too and was ecstatic to receive Parissa IngLrown Rescue Kit!! The Kit includes: Pharmacy grade Tea Tree Soap, Konjac Sponge and Parissa Ultra Soothe Oil.
So I was only able to use this the recommended twice this week and it worked on hairs that 4 closest to the surface. Looking forward to seeing full results in a month or so. One thing of note- people who suffer from nut allergies shouldn't use because the Konjac sponge has finely ground walnut shells in it.
Perfect & just in time for bikini season!
As soon as I opened the postal box, I could smell the tea tree, which I love!
The rescue soap is so gentle on the skin, and leaves your skin feeling soft & clean
I love the Konjac Sponge, I usually exfoliate the following day after I’ve had my sugaring done, however, this sponge is so gentle and it’s recommended to use daily to keep your skin soft and smooth, so I’ve been using it every time I shower, and my skin feels great
The oil is my favourite step! It’s so hydrating and it helps reduce any inflammation caused by my sugaring!
Highly recommend, especially during short and beach season!
It was ok, a little too rough for my skin.
I love the idea of this kit. Overall it wasn’t satisfying. The tea tree soap was to irritating for my already sensitive skin. Out of the whole kit my favourite piece was the sponge. Love using it on my whole body.
A must have
This is a must have set for anyone who shaves or waxes. The exfoliating sponge removes the dead skin while the tea tree soap smells amazing . The calming oil makes my legs feel soothed and hydrated. I'll be sad when I run out
Ingrown hairs no more!!
I was blown away by this product! It has completely solved my ingrown hair issues! It's effective and easy to use and the oils that are included in the kit leave my legs feeling amazing!! This is a MUST try!
Great product!
The Parissa Ingrown Rescue Kit is a lifesaver! The kit comes with antibacterial soap that smells like tea tree oil, an exfoliating sponge and an oil blend to help reduce inflammation. The soap and oil both smell like a spa. So nice!! And, the sponge left my skin feeling extra soft and helped prevent the usual ingrown hairs I get after shaving. Loved this product!
bye bye ingrown hairs!
I noticed a huge difference the first time i used this kit. I suffer from harsh ingrown hairs which are extremely painful and this soap is extremely gentle and the konjac sponge really works to exfoliate the skin. the oil is my favorite, it is in a spray bottle and make its super easy to apply to the skin! 10/10 would recommend!
I like the idea of this Kit
I was quite excited to try this ingrown rescue kit. The skin on my legs are always dry so I do get ingrowns often. Here are my thoughts on each individual item
Ingrown Rescue Soap - This soap is very nice to use. It has a strong scent of tea tree but i dont mind because the benefits of tea tree are incredible. This soap is gentle enough to use everyday and leaves my skin feeling super clean.
Konjac Sponge - You definitely need a light hand when using this or you are going to scratch the crap out of your skin. It does do a good job of removing the dead skin which definitely helps to prevent more ingrowns. The only thing i dont like about this is that it is a hard "sponge" and it is very porous so dead skin and water can get in there and you have no way of squeezing or cleaning it properly. I wouldn't consider this a continuous use sponge.
Uktra Soothe Oil - I love using a good body oil on my skin, especially after shaving and this has some good ingredients in it but I wasnt a fan of the smell. The scent is hard to explain but it almost smelled like the oil was old or something. So I stuck with my usual bosy oil.
Overall I like the idea of this kit but I think for hygenic reasons they need to change there sponge so that you can properly clean it. The oil is probably just me being picky with scents but I didnt like it. The soap on the other hand was lovely!
So far, so great!
I've been using the Parissa ingrown rescue kit for just a couple of weeks so far, so it's still pretty early to know for sure -- but I definitely feel like I'm seeing significant improvement on my problem areas. My inner thighs and outer knees always get unsightly razor burn, and the exfoliating bar seems to be helping immensely. Also the oil, I'm sure that's helping a lot in the aftercare as well. I'm feeling much more optimistic heading into the heat of summer (bikini season)!
