At the first 2 waxes it works (well, not so good but was working), take a while to warm but was ok. After melt the wax, it stop work and I can’t finish my wax

Did it work for me
I tried this product in multiple time and did not work for me. I’ve had this type product before and it hasn’t worked for me. It did keep the product melted well.
