I like this stuff, but because I don't straighten my hair all that often, I don't use it a lot. I bought the bottle for around $20 at a salon. It is oil-based, but that's okay! It doesn't weigh down your strands and it doesn't make it look obvious that your hair has oil on it. It's a creamy oil and works well for taming those pesky baby hairs at your hairline, flyaways, or even split ends. I use the product for all of those annoyances and it works like a charm! It has a lovely but not typically shampoo-like smell which is nice for a change. You really just need a pea sized amount to work through problem areas, but I made the mistake once of using too much... I definitely rocked the greasy look that day. Use a very, very minimal amount to tame your bangs or face-framing pieces or else you'll run into the same problem... without looking at the bottle, I can't actually remember if it says how much to use or not.

You can also use this product when you put your hair up to tame those hairs that always seem to pop up... if you like the slicked back look, this is a good choice. It doesn't matter if your hair looks a little oily; the slicked back look calls for that! It lasts forever because you're only supposed to use a pea sized amount. For longer haired girls (i.e. your hair falls below your bra band) you may want to use more, but start with the pea sized amount, work it through and see where that gets you. This can be used on all hair types.
