Lots of fun!

My kids have been having lots of fun with this Paw Patrol toy. The car launchers and missile launchers are a hit. It’s a big and sturdy toy with many components to it. The stickers took some time to put on but it was fun trying to find out where they go. Wish it came with a second action figure and car since there are 2 car launchers.

This is gigantic!

I typically receive products to review before the notification emails arrive, so I'm always surprised by the boxes on my front porch. This aircraft carrier was no exception, and you can imagine my shock at seeing the size of the box. When expanded, this thing is over 3 feet long! That's part of why it loses a star - it takes up a lot of space and is not good for anyone with limited room for playing/storage. I was also a little disappointed that the storage compartments on the sides are not all big enough to store the vehicles - the advertising on the box is misleading (my daughter definitely thought she'd be getting all the characters before we opened the box) and for anyone that gets sucked into buying more of the vehicles, it's unfortunate they'd have to be stored elsewhere. Lastly, I love toys that foster imagination and the aircraft carrier is a little limited...it doesn't look that different when it's compacted vs. expanded, and the different areas of the carrier have somewhat limited uses. My daughter enjoys playing with it for now (the projectile cannons are a great addition too), but I wouldn't be surprised if it loses its appeal after a short time.

Cool and fun toy

I received this Paw Patrol Aircraft Carrier free from Butterly in exchange for my review. My 3.5 year old nephew had a great time playing with Chase, his vehicle and the aircraft. He enjoyed launching the car as well as his other cars off of the platform as well as shooting blue projectors at us. I didn’t find he was that interested in the light up button which makes noises but it’s a cool touch. I didn’t give this 5 star because I found the stickers which had to be added to the aircraft as well as Chase’s vehicle to be quite annoying to apply being such a perfectionist and some were hard to find their location despite instructions. I do find the toy quite expensive for what it is as well. I was very happy to receive this for my nephew. Thank you SpinMaster & Butterly for the opportunity!

Super cool and engaging toy!

Firstly, I have to say that this was the most epic unboxing my son experienced - the Paw Patrol Aircraft Carrier HQ comes in a big box, and the box itself is really fun with lots of paw patrol characters all over it. My son was so excited to open it. And the unboxing was great because you pull it out and you can see the aircraft carrier right away in all its glory. Upon taking it out my son was already playing with the car, while I attempted to figure out how to work the toy. Thankfully, it was pretty easy to figure out! My son and I didn’t really need to instruction booklet to figure out how to get the carrier to open up, and for the cars to be ejected. Once my son found all the pushable buttons, I think he spent at least half an hour ejecting the car, and the two projectiles at the side. A few times he flew the projectile into my leg and I was glad to know that it actually doesn’t hurt. The projectiles are really cool, you can aim them in all directions. As for the cars, you can do them one at a time, or press them both together and have them race. I tried some races with my son which was super fun. The top dome opens and closes, which is another feature. I think in terms of things I would have liked to see: For the AAA batteries to be included, for it to come with 2 cars (so that you can start racing them right away), and for the instruction manual to come in colour since the sticker-placing was a bit hard to see given the size and given it was black and white. Overall, a SUPER fun today, and a must have for any paw patrol enthusiast!

Huge toy and so worth it!

This was so easy to set up, took a minute or two to add the stickers, inserted the batteries and we were good to go! The light up meteor plays songs and phrases from the movie which is so fun to dance to. There’s a duel launch pad so you play with multiple pups at the same time. The Lookout Tower opens up to play inside and you can fully close up the Aircraft or just close half way, whatever you like. And best of all it comes with two handles for easy carrying and storage! Five year old super fan of Paw Patrol absolutely loved this toy!

Chase to the Rescue

The PAW Patrol Aircraft Carrier HQ is a beast of a toy and is over 2 feet long! The transforming aircraft carrier toy is based on the PAW Patrol: The Mighty Movie and comes with a Chase action figure and police car rescue vehicle. I wished it came with more than one vehicle as this playset seems to do best with at least two.

My son enjoyed the dynamic transformations of the HQ when he pushes down on command tower. This raises the control room upwards and splits the deck into 2 separate vehicle launch ramps and then opens the four compartment doors for the other characters of the team. By far, my son's favourite is the launch ramp for Chase's car.

This toy is a lot of fun and has many components to keep my son entertained. He couldn't wait to play and open the box. Note that there are a few stickers you need to place on the unit to make the toy more true to the movie and show. Can't wait to integrate the aircraft carrier with the rest of our Paw Patrol toys and complete our Adventure Bay universe!
