Limited Functionality Toy

My daughter had the opportunity to try out the new PAW Patrol Aqua Pups Rubble Transforming Hammerhead Shark Vehicle with Collectible Action Figure. To be honest it didn’t hold her attention for long. We both struggled to close the cockpit which brings out the underwater fins of the vehicle. It was unclear what the function of the pusher payload was and if it effected other functions of the toy. I think it is also misleading that this is not a water toy and is not suitable on or in water (after reading the fine print). She mostly enjoyed putting Rubble in and out of the cockpit but wouldn’t play with the toy any other way. Although my daughter likes Paw Patrol I feel this toy was a bust in our home; sorry to report.

Don't lose it, reuse it?

We were lucky enough to be selected to try out a new toy from spin master. The paw patrol Rubble aqua pups toy and action figure. My kids ages 2, 4, & 7 have lived paw patrol for quite some time and were super eager for the new packaged toy to arrive. While waiting for it, my 7 year old surfed the computer looking for what we were getting in the mail. It was not exactly what he was expecting but was super excited either way. My 4 year old, the big pup fan, didn't care as long as he could play with it. Out of the box it came with easy plastic ties to pop it out and off they went. However it didn't last long until there was a first complication. Not arguing or bickering over turns either. The fin on the top of the "shark" was stuck leaving the window compartment hard to close and open. The other fins, which are moving parts, also wouldn't open or close properly. It took mom some maneuvering of the top tail and we were clicked back in place. The kids played some more and then told me their reviews. Both agreed that the tail with the drill was cool but wished it moved, the fins getting stuck (happened a few more times) was annoying, and that it wasn't water proof like the name Aqua Pups suggests. The kids still play with it from time to time, but much like a lot of their plastic toys with malfunctioning pieces, it sits in the sea of other toys waiting for another chance to be picked up. We were able to catch some elf action with it recently which proved some good fun. Otherwise, it's a 3 stars from us. Kids liked it, would play with it on a store shelf if they saw it, but overall, it likely wouldn't be a toy that would make the trip home from a store.

Great for imaginative play and hours of fun!

So he was absolutely ecstatic when I was sent this awesome new "PAW Patrol - Aqua Pups - Rubble's Transforming Hammerhead Shark Rescue Vehicle" toy by Spinmaster! The vehicle easily transforms and it's so fun to play with as it has a few cool functions and movable parts such as the drill tail and Hammerhead blade. The Rubble figure is super cute and he's wearing his special Aqua Pups wetsuit and helmet! Rubble can easily sit inside the cockpit and go on many PAWsome adventures and rescues with your little one! The vehicle and figure are well-made, durable and sturdy. The colours are nice and bright.

My son hasn't stopped playing with it and he was very excited to add this cool toy to his PAW Patrol collection! Great for imaginative play and hours of fun!  #gotitfree  #FamilyRatedClub

Great addition to the Paw Patrol collection!

The Paw Patrol Aqua Pups Rubble vehicle is a great addition to the kiddies’ growing Paw Patrol Collection. This toy renewed my 4 year old son’s obcession with Paw Patrol! He spends hours playing on his own, using his imagination and creativity role playing with the various characters.

Bright colorful toy for any little Paw Patrol Fans

I received the PAW Patrol Aqua Pups Rubble Transforming Hammerhead Shark Vehicle with Collectible Action Figure for free in exchange for an honest review. The bright yellow vehicle is about the palm size of a grown man’s hand. The little Aqua Pup figure is about the size of my finger and it fits snuggly in the shark vehicle. My 3yo was so happy to see it (yellow is his current favorite color, and of course PAW patrol is always on TV and everywhere!) and quickly figured out the door hatch on the vehicle closes and brings out the plane wings! It’s an amazing toy that slides quickly and so smoothly I think it did 5 laps around the living room within a few minutes! The drill tail end is a little amusing for my 3yo as he tried to figure out what it does. It amazes me so much that a little human being can figure out the mechanism of the hatch so quickly without any adult intervention! Love the vehicle, love the bright colors, and always love PAW Patrol!

Great Fun!

I received this product free in exchange for my honest review #FamilyRatedClub This toy is a huge hit with my 3 year old! She loves being able to use the transforming aspects of the toy without help. However, almost immediately out of package, she took Rubble and put him in the vehicle backwards. Rubble got stuck and was incredibly hard to remove. I was successful after manipulating Rubble's head being about to turn. I would've given this toy a 5* if it had not been so difficult to fix.

Keeps the lil one entertained for hrs :)

I received this 2 days ago and my lil baby boy already loves his paw patrol!!! He’s absolutely fascinated by the cute figure and obsessed with carrying it around the house. He finds it very fun to open and close the area where the paw patrol figure can sit around and play pretend drive! He enjoys how it can move back and fourth on a smooth surface, only wished the wheels could go slightly faster being able to be pushed off in a straight direction as that would be more exciting for him but overall the design is very safe for a 4 year old! Overall cute toy with vibrant colours and seems fairly sturdy so I’m not concerned about the plastic cracking.

Toddler Approved

Our little one is absolutely over the moon!! Rubble has already been on countless missions today from rescuing the Elves stuck on the Christmas tree to digging up flour for our baking! This toy is definitely toddler approved!! She loves the interactive features on the vehicle and that rubble can “come and go as he pleases” and not refined to the vehicle alone. This one is a big hit in our house!! Love love love it!!

Cute fun toy

This toy is cute and fun. Simple to use. My son is going to have a blast playing with it. It has movable parts so your child can actually move stuff around like rubble.
