I love these PC blends! I always add grains like rice or quinoa to my lentil soups and these make it so much more convenient. Everything cooks evenly unlike some other blends I've tried. It would be cool if they came out with some blends using other lentils. The price is great and I've never had an issue with quality. It would be nice if there was a bit more of of the lentils in the mix but that's easy to add on your own.

Very interesting product. Such a healthy and weird blend but actually works well together. Easy to cook and is ready in 10min. Great source of fiber and iron.
