I purchased this panko as it was the only bread-crumb product in my grocery store that was dairy-free. As I have a severe dairy allergy I was especially thankful to find it! It is lightly seasoned and tastes great! The bread crumbs hold up well for baking and in meatballs! I like how unlike other bread crumb products in comes in a resealable container.

Very high quality Panko. Large crumb size and holds its integrity well while browning. I use on fish, chicken and as a topping for casseroles.
