I purchased this product so that I could quickly mix up some banana bread without having to get all my dishes dirty. Mixing the bread was simple, just add water and mushed bananas. I was disappointed in the taste so the next batch I made I added chocolate chips. Definitely making banana bread from scratch provides a much better taste.
