These eggs whites are the best 'bang for your buck'. I have these for breakfast 6/7 mornings every week. Being able to freeze extra cartons to have on hand is fantastic. I use them for fried/poached eggs, cooking and baking and have not been disappointed. Other brands just don't compare for me!
