Healthy Breakfast
I am a frequent PC brand shopper and was happy to try PC Blue Menu Steel Cut Oats. This breakfast takes a couple of minutes to make, but well worth it. I like the nut like flavour and texture. I enjoy the oats plain or sometimes add fruit and cinnamon. Sometimes I mix it up and add savoury flavours. I'll even add to my bread making
. Eating steel cut oats calms my stomach and any gastro issues I sometimes suffer from.

Pc Steel Cut Oats is my kind of breakfast meal. It’s healthy, nutritious and absolutely delicious and very filling. Sometimes I eat it plain and sometimes I’ll add berries. I highly recommend, so easy to prepare. Love it
Healthy start to my morning
I love the ease of microwaving my steel cut oats. Just add a little cinnamon and 3/4 cup of water, heat in the microwave and breakfast is ready. Add some fresh berries and ground flax and I enjoy a healthy, satisfying breakfast.
A healthy, hearty breakfast.
I love that you can get PC Blue Menu Regular Steel Cut Oats in a box of 8 packets. It's so fast and easy to make. I just open the package into a bowl, add 3/4 cup of water and stir, place it in the microwave for two minutes and it's ready to eat. After that I add a little milk and some fruit to make it even more delicious. The nutty flavor makes this even better than regular oatmeal. This is made with 100% Canadian oats, it's a good source of fibre, protein and potassium and doesnt contain any sodium. Theres only 1g of sugars per pack. This is just a nice, filling, healthy breakfast that makes me feel like I'm starting my day on the right foot.

Lets get this straight..i dont like oatmeal..never have. But i see all these yummy looking breakfast pics of oats slathered in fruit and goodness and i wanted to jump on board. Did some research and figured i would try steel cut oats...apparently more texture, more flavour and just generally more yum than normal oats. Yes, yes and yes!
I have had these every morning since i bought them and bought more at the store so i dont run out.. Im piling on whatever fruits i have on hand..so far apple, blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, banana. Also throwing on flax seed, some maple syrup and some crushed pecans or walnuts!

I highly recommend the Steel Cut Oats, I had a bit of cinnamon/sugar and add flavoured dried cranberries before placing it in the microwave to add a kick to the taste. Love how it's got 6 g of protein.
really liked the nutty flavour to the oats. Hearty breakfasts for our family for the colder months as well as great for baking for oatmeal cookies, loaves and crumbles. Excellent quality and taste something which is a staple in our house and very reasonable price.
I love the taste nutty flavour and chewy texture of PC Blue Menu Steel Cut Oats for breakfast. It is high fibre 100% whole grain with no sugars. Soluble and insoluble fibre.
These taste pretty plain on their own but I love using it for healthy recipes. Great for making oatmeal balls. I don't like to use these as a breakfast since it takes longer/ isn't as convinient as the Quaker packages but they are healthy and well priced and perfect for recipes.
These are just as good, if not better, than other brands. I use them frequently and enjoy feeling healthy when I do! I also like the cannister-type packaging better than the box-type. I feel like they stay fresher that way. Anyhow: these hearty oats will stand up to going into the refrigerator as leftovers, too, so they are well worth making a batch ahead!
