My daughter loves pancakes so if I can find a product that is easy to make and healthy then I am all for it. This pancake mix is great. It is super easy to make and you only need a couple ingredients. I am always looking for ways to add more whole wheat to our diets and this fits the bill. It has a mild "whole wheat" taste. The best part is that this mix makes LIGHT and FLUFFY pancakes! Definitely recommend it!
