Easy breakfast
Being a chocoholic I find I can curb my cravings by starting my day with PC's dark chocolate granola. I toss some granola in a bowl with yogurt and fruit for a quick and easy breakfast that tastes great and keeps me satisfied.

I eat that pretty much everyday...

I found this about 2 years ago and have been hooked ever since. My daughter who is a picky eater actually likes this as well.
High in fiber and 6 grams of soy protein every 55 grams.
Sugars are 13 grams per 2/3 of a cup and Carbs are 37grams per 2/3 of a cup.
For you folks watching your carb intake... Maybe a treat once a week
Other ingredients include seminsweet chocolate, sliced almonds and cocoa..
I also like this finely grinded in smoothies...
