Pathetic!
First time using their service. I usually use Walmart. My order was supposed to be ready between 2 and 3. It is now after 3 and it is still not ready. I've been sitting in the car for over an hour! An email or text notifying me of the delay would have been appreciated. I will never use their service again. Walmart is way more professional and I receive updates on my order prior to pick up.
Worked good before the pandemic-now HORRIBLE
I had used them a fee times last winter and worked good- I placed an order online and the only available spot was TWO WEEKS out- the revised the date as well a dew days before, extended the pickup by one day- fine, I can live with that- but an hour before scheduled pickup I receive an email with substitutions and out of 11 items they only had 5! Its too late to cancel at that point otherwise I would have! I had 2 birthday gifts on that order and both not available I HAD TO WAIT TWO WEEKS TO FIND OUT?? The excuse given to me was: we had no- tax day last week and sold out of everything-
THEN DON’T OFFER ONLINE SHOPPING!
Ridiculous service very flawed
Long story short I Had to put my pick up time and day 5 days out due to no available pick up times till then. Then it wiped my cart for no apparent reasons so I had to spend yet another couple hours very carefully selecting my food to get the most out of my money. I put it through, it accepted it. 5 days later I drove in for my pick up time. To find out my 387 dollar order turned into 245... they took every piece of meat except ONE pack of bacon out from my cart claiming they didn’t have it OR A SUBSITUTION... now I expected one or two but not 11 packages of meat to be missing from my order. I don’t believe For one second this store didn’t have steaks, pork chops, chicken, or hamburger. No call. no text. no email. Nobody informed me. When I called to cancel my order they also decided to transfer me all over the place before ending right back with the first gentleman that I started with... poor customer service... store needs to take a step back and only bit what they can chew..
WARNING: DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
Horrible, Horrible!!! Spent my super busy morning hoping to get my groceries done online! First time using the service. Took the 40 minute allotted to place my order. When I went to complete my order, well it booted my out of my time slot. Called PC online grocery shopping and it took 30 min for them to tell me that they can't accommodate a daytime pick up but rather I can getmy groceries at 7pm and then offered me 10$. Wasted over an hour to have no groceries for dinner and no viable solution. Ended up having to go to the store myself. I would have saved myself an hour if I never ended up trying the useless service. Beware! don't waste your time!!! They hold no responsibility for not holding up their end of the service!
Will never do this
I would rather go in the store and pick my own fruits and veggies cause I did this once and had to take my fruits and veggies back cause they were not the greatest looking...
