Great consistency but lacks tang

For greek yogurt, the consistency was right on point. But, there was zero tang to the yogurt. It was quite bland, actually. Normally, yogurt should have a slight sourness to it so it was a bit of a disappointment. But, if you're one of those people that eats yogurt with fruit or honey or something like that (I eat it plain), then it's great.
