Found the perfect snack!

I have been on the search for the best snack yoghurts for the family, with the best price and these are it. They are typically on special for buy 3, so able to snag a variety of flavours for all of us to enjoy. Delicious, and best ingredient line up I have seen yet!

Low in Sugar

This is a staple in my fridge I use it for baking and my shakes daily High in protein and low in sugar if you buy the plain 0% I don’t eat it as is, so not sure of the taste I usually buy store brands as I go thru a tub a week.

am a big fan of greek yogourt and have tried various grocery brand. tried this for the first time. it has a much more tart flavour compared to oikos/liberte.

Delicious and nutritious! Love it. So creamy and tasty. I eat this almost every day! Great in smoothies. I also use the plain Greek yogurt to marinate chicken!

This yogurt is always in my fridge!

This yogurt has been indispensable to me in trying to eat healthy and lose some weight. I have it in the morning with fresh fruit and a little low fat granola and I also use it to make 2 ingredient dough. It's very filling and has lots of protein.

Great consistency but lacks tang

For greek yogurt, the consistency was right on point. But, there was zero tang to the yogurt. It was quite bland, actually. Normally, yogurt should have a slight sourness to it so it was a bit of a disappointment. But, if you're one of those people that eats yogurt with fruit or honey or something like that (I eat it plain), then it's great.

This has been my favourite yogurt ever since I tried it 2yrs ago. Its thick, tangy and so creamy. The fact that it has 0 fat makes me enjoy it that much more. For a whole cup serving you get 0 fat, 18g of protein and 120 calories. Which leaves you feeling full and guilt free. It is way cheaper than the other brands which is a huge bonus. I highly recommend it!
