Should be called coconut ice cream instead

For some reason it is not advertised that there is coconut in it. I was expecting cookie dough flavor but there is actually a lot of coconut in it and it's mostly what I taste. The cookie dough itself is okay but lacking in flavour and even when I fill a spoon with it, I don't get my cookie dough satisfaction. The overall flavour is okay, and the texture is good but I'm quite disappointed.

This makes me wish I wasn't lactose intolerant. This is the reason I stock up on Lactaid. Or the reason I suffer through the intolerance. This ice cream is LITERALLY LOADS of cookie dough. It is the perfect comfort food for my sweet, sweet tooth. Most of the time I have purchased ice creams with "fillers" like cookie dough and the add-ins are sporadic. In the end I am usually left over with a tub of bland vanilla ice cream. Nope. Not this one. This one is all cookie dough goodness.
