Very Disappointed!

Love this dog food! My vet recommended it. Bancroft store was DNO also, I called head office the answer I was given...after being very persistent... was that it was an unexpected issue with the manufacturer that's why no notice to us loyal customers. They also said the packaging was being changed as there had been complaints about the bag not staying shut and possibly product change also. They could not give me any time line as to IF or WHEN their food would be back on the shelf. The search for a new food begins. If I can find a comparable food I don't think I will switch back to pc...not fair to my dogs. It will depend on how long it takes to get it back on the shelf.
