We bought a bag of this because it was on sale and something we hadn't tried before and we were very pleasantly surprised! The cheese is creamy and the taste is very unique, it didn't taste like any other shredded cheese we had before. It's got a great barbeque flavor but it's not spicy and not overwhelming. Very good, I look forward to purchasing it again!
