Unique Play On S'mores

These are so cute and fun!

They are made up of two large, soft, moist graham crackers. In between the graham crackers, is a decent amount of rich vanilla ice cream, which taste mildly of marshmallow. I would have liked there to be a stronger marshmallow flavor because as it stands now, it tastes more like a mild twist on vanilla ice cream. Then the top half is dipped in a coating of creamy milk chocolate. This reminds me of a cold version of a s'mores; it's so delicious!

S'more in a summer treat!

This ice cream sandwich really satisfied my craving for s'mores. It is such a cute little treat. The outside is a "graham cracker" cookie which tastes a lot like traditional graham cracker squares except it is larger and softer to eat. The ice cream tastes like a regular vanilla mixed with a hint of marshmallow. The top half of the graham cracker cookies are dipped in chocolate. The chocolate is smooth and creamy. The graham cracker, chocolate and vanilla ice cream flavors are a perfect match!

I am a huge fan of everything Smores so naturally I had high expectations for these ice cream sandwiches. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. I was dissatisfied with the following:
- The graham wafers were partly hard and partly soggy,
- the ice-cream is supposed to taste like toasted marshmallow but is has a very unpleasant taste,
- the chocolate was good however I think it would have been better if it was completely covered in chocolate instead of only half (full coverage would have also kept the graham wafers hard).
