PC Vegetable Lasagna with 7 Cheeses

This PC vegetable lasagna is a nice change from the traditional meat and tomato sauce lasagna. This lasagna is tasty and very creamy with the 7 cheeses, and the added bread crumb topping tops it off. To add to the presentation of the lasagna, I like to serve steamed broccoli on the side. Guess what I am having for dinner tonight! Bon appetite!

Wonderful Flavors

Our whole family really enjoys President's Choice Vegetable Lasagna with 7 cheeses. The flavors are fantastic, the vegetables abundant, the cheese - oh the cheese! When the kids were all still living at home, I would purchase the Club Size and would actually have leftovers - it is that filling and satisfying. I now buy the smaller portion and whether it is related to this or not, I have noticed that over the years, President's Choice Vegetable Lasagna with 7 cheeses is just not as thick and creamy as it once was. I do however continue to purchase and enjoy.

This is my favorite lasagna!! I'm not a big meat eater, especially ground meat, so traditional lasagna is not for me. My mother purchased it years ago when I lived with her at home, and I have been hooked ever since! I always have one in my freezer for lazy nights when I don't feel like cooking, or I want to eat and also have a few meals left over for the week. It is so comforting on those cold winter nights, and filled with veggies, you don't feel horrible for eating a bunch of pasta!

#PC #Vegetable "Lasagna with 7 Cheeses" I really like this Vegetable Lasagna because I myself have been eating less meat and trying to get my family to only eat meat three times a week. This is a very satisfying, healthy, tasty alternative. It is very convenient and also very affordable.

This dish is a lifesaver when I want a great meal without a lot of effort! It takes a couple of hours to cook, but that is about the only downside. I have two children of my own, and I care for others and this is one meal that everyone will eat (even my picky eaters). It has lots of veggies and LOTS of cheese. Definitely one of my go to items.

I love love love this veggie lasagna! It's so delicious an packed with lots of cheese and veggies. It's perfect for leftovers as well , I like the convenience of making lasagna because it makes so many portions!

What a delicious lasagna! If you don't have time to make your own lasagna then your family will enjoy this flavourful lasagna. There is a generous amount of fresh veggies with a blend of mouth watering cheeses cooked to perfection. Great to keep handy in the freezer when friends or family unexpectedly drop by or for family gatherings. A very filling meal that tastes very cheesy. Highly recommend!
