Super portable retinol stick

I have been looking for something to help with my fine lines and I was excited to get a chance to try out Peace Out Skincare’s Retinol Face Stick! The encapsulated retinol was the biggest draw for me because of claimed to be a match for sensitive skin. It’s a very easy product to use. I did find that the stick tugged a bit but I still really loved it! It’s also super portable and so ready for travel. I recently got a chance to try this amazing @peaceoutskincare Retinol stick for face and eye. I have been using this product from last 1 week as my night skin care. Things I love about this product:

Great Product to Fight Against Aging

I was excited to try this product as there has been such a buzz about it. It looks like a clear lipstick and you just swipe it accross your face. I added a bit extra across my forehead and my smile lines because that is where I am seeing the most agin. The package said to start with once a week and I followed those instructions. I like that it does not have an odor and that you do not have to touch the actual product to apply.

super easy to use

This stick utilizes an encapsulated technology that allows for a slow-timed release. It is ideal for those with sensitive skin or new to the retinol game. However, encapsulation does not reduce the potency, so if you are new to retinol, you'll want to ease it into your routine. And remember to always use SPF!

My skin is well accustomed to retinol at this point, but every time I introduce a new retinol product to my routine, I like to start with every other day.

The Face Stick is meant to be used as the final step of your PM routine as it helps to lock in the moisture with ingredients like 3% retinol, a blend of fruit enzymes from pumpkin and papaya and bakuchiol to deliver softer and smoother skin.

I found this stick nourishing and glided across my face with ease and claims that you can see results as soon as 4 weeks!

I will have to report back on that, as I just started incorporating these into my routine. That being said, I'm fortunate that I'm still on the side of preventative maintenance rather than corrective, so with anti-aging products often time only time will truly tell.

I've been testing these out for the past week, and I have some thoughts. Firstly, why don't more skincare products come in stick form?! NO, SERIOUSLY! This is my last step in my night routine, and I simply swipe it on my face and go to sleep. It's that easy. There is virtually no scent to these balms, and it feels so moisturizing on my skin, without leaving any greasy or heavy feeling. This pair has brightened my skin, left it feeling smooth, and I can visibly see an improvement with early signs of aging, like my smile lines and crows feet.

Peace Out Retinol Face Stick is a true wrinkle eraser! It also contains encapsulated retinol, but also fruit enzyme complex, bakuchiol and astaxanthin. I never expect fast results from skincare, so I was shocked when the lines on my forehead got less noticeable within the first day of usage.

Former skin

I’ve been really enjoying this retinol face stick, it’s been just over a week now and my skin feels softer and tighter. My skin is pretty sensitive so I introduced this into my routine by only using once a day at night and I can see and feel the results. My pores are small and the most important thing to me is that it doesn’t dry out my face. Gives me results!

I have been using the face stick alongside the retinol eye stick for a week now. I use this in the evening and follow with plenty of SPF the next day. I apply this gently over my face, focusing on my forehead lines and neck. I am so happy to say that this has done absolute wonders on my forehead lines! Very happy about that. It glides on easy and smoothly. I have dry skin so this has left my skin looking and feeling smoothed out and hydrated.

If you’re in search of a new face balm, the Peace Out Retinol Face Stick comes to the rescue. It boasts a 3 percent encapsulated retinol blend to soften the appearance of wrinkles, while astaxanthin, an antioxidant that would make vitamin C cry owing to its strength 6000 times, smoothes the skin of fine lines.

The balm itself is smooth and not sticky, which allows for a proper application on the face and neck. I did find that I had to blend it with my hands for better coverage, but it also does allow for better control for putting the product where I needed it the most. After about a week of using the face stick, I observed a gentle tautness to the sides of the mouth where the fine lines had softened.

The balm does not have any scent, which those with scent sensitivities will appreciate. While the texture is soft, I recommend holding it to the skin for several seconds to warm it up before you start applying it on the face.

Brighter skin!

So far I’m enjoying using the Peace Out Retinol Face Stick. I think the packaging looks so cute, like a glue stick. I apply it as a last step in my skincare routine and my skin is looking brighter. It hasn’t completely removed my fine lines on my forehead but I’m hoping with further use it will make a visible difference. It’s super easy to apply and mess free, which I appreciate. It be great to travel with as well! Overall it’s been fun to use and I’ll continue to use it and hopefully I see more effectiveness over time. I didn’t have any adverse reactions to the retinol itself. Just have to remember to apply spf the next day!! My skin does seem to be more sensitive to the sun after using.
