Every mom I know raves about this stuff, so I tried it when my oldest had a dipaer rash. It seemed to make it even worse! Made her skin even more red and cause these little pimply things on her poor little bottom. :( It's thick, goopy, doesn't spread well and has an odd smell to it.

This cream is horrible.. Made babies diaper rash even worst!

Carry this with me everywhere I go, take it anytime I travel. It's AMAZING. Very thick so had to get out/wash off if it hasn't been completely absorbed but the benefits outweigh the costs. WORKS WONDERS. Burns, cuts, dry skin, rash... you name it.

I first bought this cream when my daughter was a baby,it was the best cream to help relieve diaper rash and then I discovered it was great for anyone with a skin irritation

A bit to thick to use day to day but when there is a persistent diaper rash on my daughter this has been our go to cream. I love the smell but wish it was a tad bit creamier so it was easy to apply.

Really is the king of all baby creams. Its so thick to keep liquid away from babies diaper rash. This has been used by me and my husband for chaffing on our inner thighs and I find that the cream does a good job at soothing chaffed skin. I constantly have a tin of it in the house
