My mom used this on me and I have used it for all three of my girls. None have been especially prone to diaper rashes but it does happen once in a while and it only takes a day or two of using Penaten for it to clear up. I have bought other creams when travelling (a tube is less messy) and they seem to disappear after one pee leaving my baby's skin exposed the rest of the night. There is still a thin layer of Penaten in the morning though. Highly recommend.

This cream is terrible! its so thick, doesn't help diaper rashes at all & its a pain to wipe off.

This cream is amazing on a baby bum rash. It literally clears it up instantly. I couldn't live without it for both my kids.

This stuff is great! I have used it on my baby on a diaper rash and the next day it was gone. I have also used it a myself for a burn and it worked wonders. I highly recommend it!

A lot of people would definitely disagree with me BUT this stuff is terrible. I have used it and it just cakes on the skin. To put this on a baby with diaper rash is agony for the child to get it off to clean. Doesn't come off too easily and it just makes for more chafing. I find it's much more soothing to use something else.

Penaten has the WORST packaging ever. I recieved some samples at a baby convention and I couldn't wait to be done these ones. The quality of the cream was fine. It seemed to work when my son had some redness, but I just hated the container that the cream was in. It is small and thin and doesn't contain much actual cream at all. I also had a very difficult time getting out what cream there was. I would avoid this one in the future.
