This cream has been nothing but wonderful during those times for my little guy who would have some nasty nappy rash. I would not recommend using this everyday for your newborn or toddlers but it is one of those products that you should have in the nursery for emergencies.
I always found this cream to be way too thick, and almost impossible to wash off your hands. The #1 solution to bad diaper rashes is corn starch, either plain cornstarch or the baby powder with the corn starch.
I love Penaten.
I was recommended this diaper cream by family, who had used this product on their children. It's been a true blessing. My daughter had a bad reaction to a diaper brand, and had a large rash on her bum and legs. I used Penaten cream on it, and it healed up very quickly. It's a thicker cream, so it's not very easy to apply, but once it is on there, it stays on there! It's also a bit harder to wash off, but it's a good trade for an amazing product.
Penaten - my daughters behind thanks you! haha.
This is the only cream i keep coming back to!!! I tried others that i was at times very disappointed with this is the best in my eyes does what its supposed to and promises nothing less. It might be a pain to take off but isn't that worth saving your babies butt??? Lol love this and got some of my friends hooked on it as well. :)
This thick cream worked wonders for both,y girls!! Once the first appearance of diaper rash appeared (generally when they were teething) I applied a small amount of this cream which created a barrier and kept wetness away from the area giving it a chance to heal. I think every mother should have this cream in there disper bag.
If you can get this on sale then it's an AMAZING deal. I used this on my first girl all the time and she rarely had a rash for more than a day or two.
Been using this on my 2 year old son since he was a baby. I use it for diaper rash as well as any skin irritations he gets from time to time. Once its applied the next day its gone. Must have for any parent!
