Effective anti-acid

I get occasional but strong acid reflux. Not enough for it to be diagnosed as GERDs, but enough that I need medication that can take care of it safely and quickly. Pepcid AC Maximum Strength has worked consistently for me for years and I keep some at home and in my purse just in case. It takes on average 15-20 minutes to kick in for me, but then works for hours.

Dual purpose!

In all honesty I’ve had heartburn a few times and this has definitely worked for me. What I actually use Pepcid AC for is to prevent that Asian glow when I am drinking wine. After a half a glass I turn bright red so in order to prevent that I pop one of these a half an hour before I have a glass of anything and it calms that down. This works wonderfully for heartburn but it works even better if you’re Asian and have that glow while you drink alcohol.
