Horrible. I have really bad heartburn and this does nothing. U may as well be drinking baking soda and water. Cause that works better. Do not waste your money on these.

Price is good for the quality compared to other products. It worked fast and was very effective!

I suffer from Reflux and have been taking this for about 7years now. When my reflux kicks up I take a Pepcid AC and later I can feel much better and eat things that I wouldn't have before I took Pepcid AC. It doesn't give you any side effects that I have found. They do discourage women that are pregnant to ask their doctors before taking this because your feeding the medicine to the infant. The pill is very small and has no after taste. It comes in a chewable as well if you do not like taking pills and is a plus because it comes in different flavors. That way if you have to give your child one then the flavor make the child smile and say yummy. There are stronger versions and weaker versions if needed. I strongly recommend this to anyone that is suffering with heartburn or upset tummies. It also last all day, just one pill.

The only downfall to Pecid AC is that in the pill form the prices are a little high but worth it though to me.
