must have toner

I randomly found this toner at Walmart one day and was reading it and most of the words are in Korean and I became intrigued because i did not expect to find something like this at Walmart. I looked it up and it had good reviews so I bought it and wow, it is such a lovely hydrating toner that really leaves you feeling cleaner than you did even after you washed your face. depending on where you buy it, it can be on the pricier side but seemingly at the more common stores it is fairly reasonable pricing especially for how lovely it is
