Brilliant for aching joints!

I started using this gel when I had issues with knee aches and pains, as my step father recommended I rub it on before sleep. I had trouble settling at night before I started using the gel as my knees would start to ache and wake me up, however once I started applying the gel over my knees before I went to sleep, I have not woken up once with aches or pains. The gel doesn't smell as such and isn't sticky like some you can buy, so I would highly recommend for anyone who has restless legs like me at night!
